Amazing hibachi experience! The chef was entertaining and skilled, the steak was perfectly cooked, and the fried rice was full of flavor. Fun atmosphere, great portions, and a true dinner-and-a-show. Highly recommend! ️

service was very friendly and attentive. We tried the California, shrimp and chicken roll. They all received high marks, and the habachi was also very good. It was a pleasant dinner for us. Thank you.

We celebrated our sons 14th birthday tonight at Ninjas and we had an amazing expierence! We had reservations for 9 at 5:30 for Habachi (we made sure everyone was on time, because we know that the entire party will not be seated until it is complete) and everything was amazing! The hosts were lovely, our server was such a sweetheart and our chef was excellent (the food was delicious ). We have been to Ninjas many times before, its our favorite place to celebrate birthdays because the atmosphere is so much fun! We appreciate the excellent customer service, we cant wait to go back again

The Spicy Lemongrass soup was good. The sushi rolls were small and not well formed, as they easily came apart. The ginger ale was flat and the service was not very good. My waitress never once checked back with me, and she told me she wouldn’t charge me for the flat ginger ale, but there it was on the bill. That is, until I complained about it and she took it off. All in all, this restaurant was not very good. The only good thing about this restaurant is that they are open later than most of the other sushi restaurants in Naples, therefore I would only go back if I was desperate for some late night sushi.

We only got takeout, but it was absolutely phenomenal! The service was fast, and even though the restaurant was crowded (a good sign!), our order was perfect. We didn’t have high expectations for Japanese takeout, but we were so pleasantly surprised by how excellent the food was. My steak teriyaki bento box, with soup and fried rice, was delicious. Very happy!

We come every year for hibachi on NYE for my husbands birthday. This year was so terrible. Our hibatchi chef had a name tag that said ninja, so when we asked him name he rudely said “ninja” he was not interactive at all with the party our party of 8. Our server was great and had all of our dinner orders correct. He messed up every one of our dinners. No one got the correct meats and had to switch ourselves. The portion sizes were so tiny. I got steak and chicken I had 5 very small pieces of “filet” the lobster tasted so fishy and foul, the rice was hard and dry, inedible. The veggies were either soggy and slimey or not cooked at all. The noodles were so delicious though. The chef was finished with all the food within 15 minutes total from start to finish. Like I said no interaction. Not one of us in our party of 8 finished any of the food. We left more than we ate. I’m not sure if this was an isolated incident, because the same table next to us had an amazing experience with a different chef, their portions were larger, and looked far more appetizing than ours. I honestly think I will need to find another place to have birthday dinner for my husband yearly.

We cannot be more DISAPPOINTED in the customer service that we received on Saturday, 11/1/25. My family was completely appalled by the way the manager and hostess treated us! We had reservations at 5:30 pm and were a party of 10. We were excited to celebrate my son’s 14 birthday but that quickly came to a halt. We were rudely awakened by the lack of understanding and hospitality for our family. Four of our guests arrived before 5:30 and they refused to sit our party. We offered for them to order our food ahead of time to help with the time constraints but that wasn’t even an option. Unfortunately, we hit some traffic on the way over and got to the restaurant 10-15 minutes late. This is life! You can plan for life to be perfect, but of course unplanned things still occur. This was out of our control! We apologized for being late and explained our concerns. The manager refused to sit us and accommodate our party and stressed how she was more concerned with the party of 20 that was coming in at 7 o’clock. Not to mention the restaurant was completely dead! She was being consistently irrational and unreasonable. She even told me that I needed to be more “responsible”. Can you even imagine? How could you be in customer service and be so rude and disrespectful to your guests? I am a mother of 4 children and couldn’t be more responsible! We were highly disgusted with this establishment and plan to never attend again. We just moved to FL from NJ and this was 100 percent the wrong place to plan an fun birthday for our son. Think again before you go to a terribly run restaurant!! Unless you want to be insulted, STAY FAR AWAY!

I was invited to Ninja for a friend’s birthday party, and the experience was horrible and disappointing. This place is clearly falling apart, and the recent bad reviews reflect exactly what is going on. I’m sure many people leave unhappy but decide not to waste their time writing a review.

The problems started at the very beginning. The manager treated my friend with a hostile attitude simply because we were waiting for two more people in our reservation. She refused to seat us until everyone arrived. Our reservation was at 7:00 PM, and the last guest arrived at 7:12 PM, so her attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

At the hibachi table, the service was extremely slow. Things went downhill when our server, Chelsea, gave the hibachi chef the wrong order. We were confused and frustrated as the rice and noodles sat unattended on the grill while they tried to correct the mistake. Another hibachi chef eventually arrived with the correct meat and ingredients, but by then the entire service had become disorganized and sloppy.

After that poor performance, the service only got worse. While we were eating burnt rice, we noticed that Chelsea completely disappeared. Every single glass at the table was empty. We had no choice but to raise our voices just to get her attention. When she finally came over and asked, “What can I do?”, we were in disbelief—our empty glasses and lack of drinks were obvious.

Toward the end, we were waiting for the staff to come sing happy birthday, but instead Chelsea brought the checks before anything happened. One family member questioned why a 20% gratuity was included given how unpleasant the service had been. Chelsea became rude, defensive, and claimed that the rushed service was our fault because we were “late” to our reservation.

People like Chelsea need much more training and should not be serving customers, especially in a restaurant that automatically includes a 20% gratuity. Maybe someone should explain to her that gratuity is earned, not demanded.

To make matters worse, after we paid, she never returned with our change. We were forced to get up, go to the front desk, and ask for it ourselves—over $70. Completely unacceptable.

We explained the entire situation to the manager, but there was no resolution. Unfortunately, she is clearly part of the problem.

We had a mixed experience here. We went for the lunch special, and were impressed by the sushi but let down by the hibachi. The chicken tempura rolls (plus teriyaki) were awesome – large portion for a nice price (I ordered the 3 rolls). The added pieces of chicken on top made for an appealing presentation and were a nice surprise. The hibachi was bland all the way around though – largely unseasoned / lack of sauce. Service was great with multiple servers helping each other out to be efficient.

First visit for lunch with 3 girlfriends. Impressive atmosphere. Hibachi shrimp was very good but felt rushed when serving soup, salad, fried rice and vegetables basically all at once…cook put half my friends steak on my plate…then dumped my shrimp over it and told me just eat it when I told him it wasn’t my order. My friend could not eat shrimp so her steak on my plate was contaminated. No apologies or compensation to her. The third strike was the biggest. When our separate checks arrived we were all charged the dinner price for the hibachi meals instead of the lunch price. Luckily I caught the mistake but again no apology by the waitress who I felt was disappointed the “error” was caught. Enjoy the atmosphere and the food but check your bill before paying is my recommendation.
