Ninja Japanese Restaurant was an excellent surprise. The sushi was incredibly fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor — you can really tell they take pride in their ingredients and presentation. Every roll we tried was top quality.
The customer service stood out just as much as the food. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. They checked in at the right times without being intrusive and were happy to answer questions.
Overall, this place feels like a hidden gem. If you enjoy good sushi and friendly service, it’s definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back again.

The Chef was amazing but it took over an hour to get food and refills took FOREVER!! Food was beyond great. If the wait on a Tues wasn’t so ridiculous and the server was quicker or had help that would have been a flawless meal. But the Chef made up for the wait and the service. My first time but the people I went with are regularly there

I’m disappointed and saddened to be writing this review. This was one of my favorite and regular restaurants that me and my family went to or ordered to go 2-4 times a month. However, I went with some friends over the weekend and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We were seated right away and we asked for water, there was 5 of us. It took us 10 minutes to get water and reminding our server that we were still waiting on water. After our server sat us. She never once came back and checked on us for the hour and 45 minutes that we were there. She was very friendly and chatty with all of her other tables. In fact, at one table, she sat and talked to them for a good five minutes. We did time. It took Us over an hour to get our food. And we kept flagging down the server to ask for how much longer it would be Every time they said oh we’re backed up and it’ll just be a few more minutes not once was there an apology. We could see if they were busy and had a lot of to go orders, and we try to be patient and understanding. However, once we finally got our food, my friend’s food was way overcooked like if they had cooked it a while ago, and just had it sitting there under the warmer cooking more. Finally, We had to wave down our server again to ask for the check and that even took 10 additional minutes to get the check. I had ordered a to go order for my mom. I asked for an extra salad which I was charged for. Which it’s my mistake for not checking the to go order before we left, but of course they did not give the extra salad. I honestly just wanted to get out of there as it felt like we were being held hostage with no communication. No apologies nothing. When I got home and realized they didn’t give the extra salad I had called in to talk to a manager. They said the manager would call me back. I never received a call back.
If you decide to go here before you sit down double check If they’re busy, and if the kitchen is backed up. The food is normally good and the service is usually much better than the service we received. I know for sure, my friends, whose first time it was there will never go back. At this moment, it’s very doubtful that me and my family will be going back, which is very sad when this was one of my favorite regular restaurants.

Reliably good sushi, friendly service, cute details in their interior! It’s my fave sushi in the neighborhood.
I’ve gone 3-4 times in the last few months, and they always got specials on the board or new rolls on the menu. It makes each visit interesting!
It’s never super crowded and the sushi is so fast for how much crafting each roll takes!
Recommendations: Crazy Vegas Roll, Pure Harmony, and any vegetarian roll with sweet potato!
I haven’t tried their happy hour (M-Th 1130-5pm), but I plan to bc look at all the deals!

I understand that Valentine’s Day is a busy holiday, and we fully expected a wait. However, after being seated and waiting an hour and fifteen minutes without receiving our appetizers while two tables seated after us were served theirs, we decided to leave.
I’d like to offer a constructive suggestion to the owner: on especially busy days, it may help to prioritize guests dining in over to-go orders. The two waitresses on the floor appeared overwhelmed managing takeout requests, which seemed to impact service for tables in the restaurant. Possibly limiting or pausing to-go orders during peak times could help ensure better service for dine-in guests and allow your staff to focus on providing a positive experience.

Cooked at the “table” per your order with interesting “show” during the cooking phase. I would recommend a couple to small groups to visit and Enjoy!

I have been going there for my sushi cravings for over a decade and it’s consistently good and reasonably priced. Their tepanyaki is also good with chefs that have been there for years so their flare is on point. The servers do their best to make sure i feel attended to and like part of the family. The atmosphere feels like I’m outside in old Japan with the decor…but I’m inside, I like it, it’s why I drive past about 3 different sushi places to get there.

Had some sushi here tonight and the service was amazing.
The sushi tasted fantastic and I would’ve ordered 2+ more rolls if I wasn’t full!
If you are in the area, definitely recommend this place!

The restaurant is a little smaller than some of the other Hibachi/Teppan places we have been to in the valley, so the tables are a little tight. To me that doesn’t really matter, the Hibachi tables sit 8 people easily.
The staff is really attentive and quick with service. The chef was great and the food tasted great.
We only got the steak filet mignon Teppanyaki w/ fried rice, which was great. So, I can’t speak to the chicken. For the two of us it was under $90 (before tip) and that included two cocktails.
I’d recommend this restaurant if you live in the area.
We called and made a reservation. I don’t know how it is if you try to show up without reservation.
