Me being a regular here they have gone downhill I pay A LOT of money for them to give me less than what I paid for I asked for a steak an bulgogi bowl but instead got very little meat and more vegetables hardly any meat. I’m willing to pay EXTRA ! DO BETTER !

These containers are a new addition to ninja express and I love it! It’s been awhile since I’ve been here but I’m happy that I returned today for lunch. The lady at the window, I’m sorry I don’t know her name, was awesome! Perfect service, and the food is wonderful! This a must try for anyone who hasn’t been. To the lady at the window, I will work on the proper bow when receiving my food. I’m sorry that I messed it up or at least I feel as if I messed it up. I’m not writing this so that people will bow, I’m just saying that I feel that it’s proper that I learn so that I can return it. Anyways, the ninja bacon cheeseburger with fries came up to 11.77. Not bad at all!!! Finally, I know that it might be easy to drive by this place sometimes because of where its positioned or located but I urge everyone to stop here for a bite or dine in!

The bulgogi bowl is a favorite for both me and my wife. Reasonable prices for what you get, excellent food, and clean. Real plates and silverware is a nice change from fast food. You’ll wait a few minutes for your food, as it’s made to order. Well worth the wait. It’s literally the only place we eat when we make the trip to Greenville.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years. But honestly over the years, the service here has gone down drastically. The food is usually good, but the staff can’t seem to hold things together anymore. Just like today, I ordered bulgogi fries. When asked by the staff if I would like everything on it, I said yes. When I got home and opened it… there was no bulgogi on my fries. For $10 fries yall forgot the thing that makes the bulgogi fries THE bulgogi fries. Honestly this place just now disappoints me.

Stopped by Ninja Hibachi from a referral. We got the bulgogi bowl, the Crack chicken bowl, the bulgogi wrap, and the fire cracker sushi roll. Everything was good but felt like I had to put a good amount of yum yum sauce & Sriracha to give it more flavor. Would give it a 7/10

Another post recommended the Bulgogi Bowl, I tried that, it has a good portion. It comes with Bulgogi and your choice of rice. If you like sushi try the Goldsboro (5), its like a California roll (8) but has this nice golden, crispy fried outer layer. I then got the California roll with cream cheese. All was delicious and priced reasonably.

I’m super disappointed in this location. I usually eat at the one in Goldsboro with my work colleagues. I won’t be eating at any Ninja location from now on! I went to this location 1/26 at 12:38 p.m. and I had the longest wait even though I called in the order. To top it off, I was served undercooked chicken! I came back to the hospital to drop the food off to my wife, who is taking care of my son. Only to find out we couldn’t eat it. I called and asked for a refund and at first it was fine. Then, as I’m leaving the hospital, Chris the stand-in manager calls me to tell me I have to bring back the bowls to get the refund. This upset me, so I told him “Don’t worry about the refund”. I really didn’t have time to make a special trip back over there.
To whoever decides to eat here, please check your food before you leave.

I feel this is the best local casul restaurant in Greenville,
Absolutely great for anything you want. Sushi, Burgers, hibachi bowls and Sake. This is another local business that cannot be missed. They also have cheap beer prices and it’s nice enough to take a date, family or a group too. Everyone is always polite, the food is great, ready very fast when I go for lunch.
My favorite Crack Chicken and the ninja style gyoza are incredible.

Good quality food and it seemed really fresh. The steak wasn’t scraps it was large pieces of quality steak. They were a little light on the steak but I’d rather have quality than quantity so I’m ok with it.
Also love that they didn’t skimp on the sauces you ask for. They gladly gave exactly what I asked for. Their Ginger must be fresh it’s very strong and has pieces of real ginger in it. I’m not a big ginger fan but I recommend trying theirs.
