Usually I really enjoy this place and I have never had an issue until today. I went for lunch and got the baby squid with lo mein. I get this every time and it is not an issue. Today, when I began eating my lunch, there were pieces of plastic inside my food! Attached is a picture of the plastic (it is at my desk at work because I ate it at work). There was another larger piece, but I spit it directly into the garbage can so unfortunately, I cannot show you a picture of that. The pieces of plastic were only found in the pieces of squid. I am not sure what is going on because I usually have a great experience dining here. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved so I can continue to give this establishment my business. I am still going to eat the rest of my lunch, but I will have to be careful to avoid the plastic going forward. Taste is 10/10, service is 10/10, but the plastic is a 0/10. Thanks!

Ordered online. Picked it up and the girl at the counter shoved it in my face and didn’t say thanks or anything. Got home and order was wrong. The food that was right wasn’t good. Reached out to fix the incorrect dishes but no one replied to my emails. Worst service and food in the area without question.

Really great meal at Kenwood Mall. I watched them clean the grill before cooking and remove ingredients from refrigeration. No indigestion later.

I’ve been here a few times and the food is always great. There’s one guy who always recognizes me by name and is always quick and happy to help. Definitely will keep coming back for the good food and atmosphere.

I very much like ninja grill! I usually get crab and either fried rice or noodles and I was pleased every time I got food from here. Also the food is big portioned and is very tasty, I would say the 9-10 dollars is worth it. Definitely try this out if you are at Kenwood and want to try something new!
