First visit to the Ninja. Did carry out and picked up the order. Online site worked very well with great descriptions, options and guided you thru the process. Generous portions with both the salmon and big shrimp dishes. The shrimp dumplings, shumai kind of things were a bit small but tasty, and you do get half a dozen. We’ll go back again

Food is good and it’s a lot of parking.my daughter had steak and chicken with rice and I had steak and shrimp with rice we got a few egg rolls and dumplings and cream cheese wonton the only picture I have is of the strawberry lemonade and it was delicious my daughter ended up buying another one by the time our food was done.

I normally go to the location in Clifton. I’ll stay driving 25mins to go there. My bowl from Colerain was over cooked. My pineapples, cucumber, and zucchini had no original taste. It was nasty. My order is Steak, chicken, no base, and most veggies. My kids bowl for $10 had 6 small pieces of chicken in it, and hella noodles. Fail. Our first time here! Never again!

Nice place to pick up some hibachi on the go. Meal was good, even the pickiest of my kids enjoyed it. You order what you like, no surprises. A little pricy for take out, but portions are huge. Definitely sharable if you can agree on the meal!

I finally ordered from Ninja Grill Hibachi Express on Colerain Ave. I placed the order online. To pay, they gave me the option of adding a credit card online or paying when I picked up my food: Cash, credit card, Google Pay, etc. (I like this option. I don’t like adding my card information to food apps.)
When you order, you create your dish the way you like it. First you choose a protein. (I ordered fried tofu.) Then you select your veggies. They grill your meal using the sauce of your choice. They cooked my food really fast and called me when it was ready. The portions were generous and the food was hot and delicious. I plan to go back really soon.

Just made first visit. Had the chicken breast, fried rice, broccoli, onion and egg with teriyaki sauce. Very generous portion for $13. 10 minute wait while food was prepared. We’ll be back!

I knew it was a reason I prefer the Clifton location! A lady was infront of me checking all in the food and 5 minutes later finally realized it wasn’t her . She gave it back . Well I’m next in line and he insisted she didn’t touch it even though i literally just saw her in the food! Very irritated that I spent $37 to go right down the drain!!! Horrible !!!!

Hidden gem! The quality here is unbeatable when it comes to their food and customer service. Hands down the best crab rangoons on the west side, must try if you go there. I got lo mein, steak, onions, zucchini, and hibachi sauce. Highly recommend this place!
