I ordered online for curbside pickup. This was my first time at this restaurant and easily found the curbside pickup line. I clicked the “I am here” button on my phone. I was right on time. 30 minutes later I went inside to see where my food was. And there was a sad little bag sitting on the pick up shelf. The hostess said, “Oh, sorry. I guess she marked the wrong thing.” As you might have guessed, the food was cold. I paid $40 for what you see in the picture. The food was good, but not a worth the price I paid. Boom boom shrimp and chicken fajita flatbread is best eaten warm. Ours wasn’t. The hostess did not offer replacement food or a refund for their mistake.

Service and atmosphere pleasant. Ribeye was half fat and undercooked chewy. Not the place to enjoy a good steak.

After a long hard week at work I decided I was going to treat myself to a nice dinner. So I decided to come to the 99.
I walked in and the host was busy talking to the togo person (it wasn’t busy on a Friday night at 5:45, this should have been a red flag but I ignored it). It took a while to be acknowledged but ok, maybe it was important so I overlooked it. I was sat and it was at least ten minutes before a server even came over to take my drink order (many many open tables, not busy at all).
I ordered a rare ribeye and it came out medium well. I hate sending steaks back but it’s $30 so back it goes. More time goes by and back it comes. This one is even thinner than the last (it might have been 1/2 inch thick for a steak that’s supposed to be 16oz). I was not impressed. I would suggest ordering anything else on the menu except the ribeye.

I’m from Indiana so when I’m in the New England States, I always stop for Lobster Rolls & Clam Chowder. Today I ordered from Ninety-nine. I had their Seafood Chowder, it was OK didn’t really have much shrimp or scrod in it. The Lobster Roll was mostly the meat from the claws. It was tasty but was disappointed with not more Flaky Lobster in it. On the bright side for me I’m picky when it comes to Coleslaw, theirs was DELICIOUS….Not sure if I would go there again if I was in town. Plus for what I paid I was left disappointed.

Great seafood meals. I had baked stuffed shrimp and my friend had the seafood trio which consists of fish scallops and shrimp baked. Both meals we’re wonderful and the service was great. Will definitely go back!
