I have come here many many times in the last year and have gone to other locations in different cities. I never complain or have issues with anything; however, tonight was not worth the money. I only get the two beef options for hotpot, and I had to clarify that there was only one beef that I had been served without anyone saying “we’re out of the other”. Waited 30 minutes after the first round, another waiter had to take our second round order. I’m not mad at the waitress, she made up for it once she realized she messed up/forgot us. The beef I did get was literal crumbs and large “slab chunks”. For 36$ I expect something decent, but this time was ridiculous. Why keep seating large parties when you are having people wait an hour for meat/sides? Management is not setting up staff to succeed. Also the floors are extremely slippery, I slipped twice and almost hit the floor. I debated on getting up and leaving or not paying the bill but I am sadly a push over. No manager came to check on us or offer any apologies after we and another table were forgotten. I do not plan to return to this establishment, and I’m really upset about it because I used to really enjoy it.

I got the hot pot and BBQ. It was nice. A LOT of food. You cook the food yourself on a hot plate and in broth. The broth was very good flavorful and I would happily eat on its own. That being said. I didn’t find the items to go in it that amazing. I had noodles and vegetables and various meats. Now the BBQ was not at all what I know. Firstly the meats I chose were very tasty. The problem was the cooking surface itself. Firstly, we had 2 at our table and they seemed to turn on and off and were hard to get the meat to cook on. Then it is not really grilling. It is a hot plate. Essentially a frying pan. So it was quite difficult to cook well. It didn’t get hot enough and then it built up this black sticky mess that smoked and had to be changed. Over all it was okay. I could see a group coming here and having a good time I just think it was overpriced a bit especially since you cook your own food and then add 18% tip to the bill. I mean I did the cooking and the tip doesn’t go to me. So all in all I don’t think I would do it again. Unless it was real grills and I could actually cook properly.

This was a hot pot restaurant with all you can eat sushi / bbq / and hot pot option. The hot pot condiments came on the revolving conveyor belt which was pretty neat. Placed bbq/hotpot meats and sushi order with the server. There was an overwhelming selection of food and we were very please with the items we were able to choose from to cook & eat.

Great food for great prices! We loved all of it! Definetly coming back!

Please check the calculated tips at the bottom of the receipt. It was incorrect, shorting the waitress her 20%. We let supervisors know and they seem uninterested. Please pull out a calculator or ask Google if you have to. Don’t screw over waitresses. They were great! And deserve their tips.

Ive been to this location a few times now and last nights visit was most likely my last. The food is plentiful but the quality is not the best. The cuts of meat are mediocre and the “scallops ” appeared and tasted like fish cubes aka fake scallops. The waitress went on a very long break and we had to stop the next gentleman walking past to assist us. I believe he was a manager and when i advised we waited for 30 minutes for our server, he immediately corrected me that it was only 20 minutes. Overall for the price, id rather go to a nicer restaurant and have a 3 course meal for $35.

Where do I start, I was very hesitant but my son wanted to go here for his birthday dinner. Let me tell you that is a one and done. First off the floors are very slippery, I almost slipped twice. I don’t think it’s clean at all.
The waiter was nice, explained some of the menu and the pots. We decided on the bbq and pot. My husband didn’t like the pot and didn’t want the bbq but if it’s on the table everyone pays.
My niece asked for the filet, and I should have taken a picture but it was pure fat! It was disgusting.
They had a conveyor belt with different meats seafood and vegetables, who knows how long they have been there.
I don’t and won’t recommend it.
Dirty, I didn’t trust the food and what I did have was not very good. Won’t be back!
Oh yea look at the drink my neice had, she sent her first one back, this is the second one… is that mold floating around in the bottom? Who knows but they made her another and it was just as gross, they charged her anyway.
Very disappointing

We tried 9 Spice Hot Pot last night, as a friend recommended it, and they were right—everything was delicious. If you have never been to a hot pot, coming in for the first time can be overwhelming, to say the least, as there are so many options, from the type of soup to meats, veggies, and a giant list of different sushi rolls.

We were lucky enough to have Carlos as our server. He explained the menu to us and gave his recommendations, which he was spot on with. He was attentive, answered questions about what was going on the conveyor belt when refilling our drinks, and helped me spot a dessert that was his favorite so I could try it.

We can’t wait to visit again and have already told our friends and family about this hidden gem in Countryside.

Omg! The worst experience at a restaurant ever. They have a conveyor belt with food going around the tables. People are coughing sick or touching food that you’re supposed to put in your hot pot. Yuck and dangerous. Vegetables were wilted as if they had been on the conveyor for days. We were sat next to an autistic adult guy on the spectrum. All good. He coughed, screamed out to the point we were in fear he was going to rob the place or us. Not a good experience. Health department was notified. They’re going to kill someone. In addition to that, the food was horrible inedible. They charged $14 per person for food left over. Not a good experience. Decor was old. Bathrooms were rusty and dated. Yuck experience.

Since you responded that you take food safety seriously please explain the wilted veggies on the conveyor belt. How is the food protected from touching sneezing or coughing? No way its safe. No way is your food any good and no way would I go back…for any reason

Standard Korean Hot Pot and BBQ style restraint. Great price for all you can eat and cook. Average quality ingredients. Plenty of options to try for endless combination of flavors.

Eeyroe loves the lamb steaks, salmon, spicy hot chicken, and beef selections along with the fresh veggies. Ears up for those sugary ice cream cup treats!

Server Chris was great and will make good suggestions to guide you through your experience.

Also. Open late. Love that for a late night crave!

I tried the Thai Tom Yum broth hot pot and it was really delicious! There’s many toppings to choose from and it was all so good. There’s many choices with a variation of meats, seafoods, and vegetables. A really cool sauce bar with side dishes that are very cleansing. The Korean barbecue meats were all so tender and juicy! The sushi can be passed on as I didn’t really enjoy the rolls. My brother ordered some sashimi and he didn’t enjoy it either. Overall super good!
