Ordered a pizza for delivery. It got to us FAST, but unfortunately all the toppings slipped off the pizza. I called Nimas and they replaced the pizza almost instantly. No drama. They even gave me a coupon for a discount on our next order. There will 100% be a next time for us. We enjoyed the pizza so much. We will definitely be back for more pizza soon!

Cheese was pretty good. Sauce was a bit lacking in flavor but not bad. Crust was decent. French fries were a bit undercooked and soft. Chicken tenders were disappointing, no different than frozen store bought. Prices seem a bit high for what you get. Really cool location and environment.

A bit disappointed a month ago, I ordered a calzone they forgot the sauce… last week I ordered another calzone it was burnt.. Today 11/5/25 decided to give them a try again and I ordered cheese bread sticks only came with parmesan cheese I called to question my order and was told thats what they consider cheese bread!!! They could at least take 5 seconds and asked the customer if they want parmesan cheese or much rather cheese.That’s way you run a restaurant…

This was hands down the best pizza! We got mushrooms on the whole thing, pepperoni and ricotta on half, and spinach bacon onion on the other half! I’m in heaven! Go support Nimas clifton springs! They never cease to amaze us! Thank you for being a great pillar In the community!

It says they open at 1pm on Sundays and this is the second time that we have went there after 1pm and they’re not open. Doors are locked and the open sign is off. We also tried to call and no answer. Ridiculous! At least change the hours since you clearly aren’t open! We will be going to other pizza places from now on because it is very frustrating.

Ordered 2 Swiss burgers w/fries, 1 plain cheese burger w/fries & 1 large Italian sub & was charged $50.50 to our card. I called to speak to a manager & was told he was busy & what the problem was. After explaining that we might have been overcharged according to the menu we were looking at online, the guy said “That’s not our menu”. Really? So there is another Nima’s Pizza in Clifton Springs that’s more affordable?! Interesting. $50 for a sub w/hardly no meat & a couple of burgers is bs! Might want to rethink that whole ripping customers off thing if you want repeat business

Food quality has gone downhill over the past few years. Ordered from them dozens of times. Prices are getting insane. 1 small and 1 medium pizzza with wings is over $60. Recently staff hasn’t been very nice. Newest driver who drives a red Chevy was rude to my wife. Our front door lock was stuck and my wife was having a hard time opening it. Driver said “where’s your man, how come he isn’t opening the door for you” they better get their act together or else I won’t be ordering from them anymore and choosing the place in phelps.
