Great bbq! It’s covered outdoor seating – but well done. Brisket was fantastic with a great crust and super moist meat. The sausage was also great. Mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Service was wonderful. Unexpected-free beer. No kidding.

Best bbq in Canyon lake, TX! Nik and his team are all incredible and make the tastiest food. The slaw is one of my favorite sides and the smoked turkey is super juicy and tender. All of the taco options showcase their creativity and variety – we got the pork & gorgy tacos, smoked turkey, mac n cheese, and brisket melt sandwich (pictured)

I’ve been disappointed since moving to Texas in the BBQ overall but this place 100% was the best BBQ I’ve ever had. We got Ribs, sausage and brisket. They ran out of a full order of ribs so the chef gave us extra brisket and sausage with a free side of the slaw. Everything was fantastic and the owners were extremely nice. For 44$ they could easily charge more for the quality. Recommend

Best BBQ in Texas! Great sides with great flavors! We tried everything, the brisket, Mac, corn salad, lime slaw, beans, tortillas, and the peach cobbler cheesecake. Don’t be fooled by the humble appearance of the place when you pull in, Nik is a great host with great food too back it up!

Owners are very nice. Food is Great!! We got the trinity with brisket, turkey and sausage and the loaded brisket mac and cheese. The pistachio pesto was delicious and paired perfect with the turkey. Brisket bark was sooo tasty, and it passed the bend test. Sausage was good just didn’t like casing on sausage but the sausage was good. BBQ sauce tasty and not too overwhelming and the homemade picked onions were good too. Oh and free beer….You Must stop by if in area.***update*** still great food 1.5 yrs later!! So happy they are still here and the turkey sandwich is to die for! Try it you won’t regret it. The boudin brisket sausage is really good, moist, good texture and flavor. Overall A must try when in town!

This establishment had amazing food. Everything we had was super super delicious, 10 out of 10 barbecue. Amazing pulled pork.,Wonderful sausage, very, very good, the Pinto beans with Mexican chorizo was probably the best side that I’ve had.!! The Mac and cheese was delicious.

DIVE IN FACE FIRST!!! After traveling all over the US this is hands down th best food!!! Nik gets my vote for BEST BBQ and best FLAVOR!!! Good golly this food is so much more than BBQ! It’s heart and soul with a merging of flavors like no other. Nik knows how to perfectly marry blends of spices and flavors like I’ve never had before. His unique blends are not odd but a beautiful ceremony of technique and heart creating a theatrical production in your mouth. He’s uniquely wonderful and I’m absolutely coming back! Don’t buy it all- leave some for me! ❤️
