Love going here, they’re always so amazing and quick to be there at your service! The food is absolutely incredible and we’ll be going again soon. It’s our usual date night place! So I definitely recommend you go to Nikko Sushi whether it be a date night or anytime at all! And I that sometimes they have samples that you can try when you get there, that’s a favorite! I was pleasantly surprised! Very good food. I’ve eaten at plenty of sushi places all over North America and I would say you receive good value for your dollar here.
I thought the sashimi was fresher than most places I’ve been to in Calgary. The rolls and tempura were both tasty.
When you arrive at the restaurant, don’t let the looks of the building or the industrial stairs up to the dinning room discourage you.

Love it! Salmon sashimi was silky smooth, and was as good as or better than sashimi from the larger cities in Alberta. Best hot rolls I have tried and yam tempura rolls are delightful. Sometimes I order something I don’t really like at sushi places, this place, everything was great! Service was quick and efficient as well.

I walked in on a whim on a Monday at suppertime to order food for take-out. I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff member. My food was ready in 8 minutes. I got a variety of sashimi. All ingredients were fresh and flavorful and the pieces of fish were a good size. Way to go, Nikko Sushi! I will be back!
