This meal was absolutely delicious! The chicken had the most amazing smoky flavor — you could taste that it was cooked just right, with a perfect char on the outside while staying juicy and tender inside. Every bite was packed with rich, savory flavor.
The rice was fluffy and seasoned well, the beans were tender and comforting, and the fresh toppings with lime added the perfect balance. Even the warm tortilla on top pulled everything together into a complete, satisfying meal.
Everything tasted fresh and homemade. I would definitely come back again — this was seriously good food!

My family and I were passing through the area and looked up food near us. You aren’t able to sit inside unfortunately, just a take out place but the stop was well worth it. The ribs and chicken were the best I can remember ever having. Rice, beans and tortillas were good. If you are in this area I 100% recommend you stopping by. I’m very disappointed this place isn’t in my area! Muchas Gracias

Nidia’s offers takeout. The beans were phenomenal, so savory. The grilled chicken was very dry but seasoned well. The ribs were pretty basic.

This small unassuming restaurant is not hidden but definitely a gem! Nidia’s truly a local treasure, serving up some fantastic smoked Latin BBQ. The chicken and ribs were tender, paired perfectly with warm tortillas, beans, rice, and a crisp salad. The menu is simple, focusing on takeout only, and the service is both friendly and efficient. Be sure to take a look at the picture of Combo 2 (ribs) and Combo 4 (chicken).

I highly recommend this hidden gem. The menu is small and everything is delicious. You can order a plate of food or get a whole family meal. The ribs and beans are my favorite and if you like spicy you won’t be disappointed with the hot sauce. It’s take out only but so worth it!

Excellent take-out grill in Dover. Choose from Chicken or Ribs. I tried both and they were both delicious. Meals come with beans, rice, salad and tortillas. Whole chickens and rack of ribs are also available.

Mom and Pop eatery. I have to travel more than 30 minutes to get to Nidia’s and I’m always excited to eat here. If you want flavor you’re in the right place. You will not be disappointed with anything you choose to eat.

It’s not a fancy place, rather plain but you can get one of the best meals around for little money and enjoy every bite. You can take it to go, there is a little park nearby or sit at one of their tables inside.
