Had our company Christmas party at Nic’s last night. Nicole did an outstanding job. All the details — from the appetizer, to the cooked to perfection prime rib, to completing the meal with a yummy dessert–it was just what we requested. Her entire staff was attentive and kind. Highly recommend traveling to Echo for this food experience!!

I recently tried Nick’s Corner Bistro and had a bit of a mixed experience. The food was honestly really good — everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. It’s definitely the kind of place where the kitchen knows what they’re doing, and the dishes themselves were the highlight of the visit. ️
That said, the service unfortunately didn’t match the quality of the food. It was a bit slow and not very attentive or friendly, which made the overall experience less enjoyable than it could have been. At times it felt unwelcomed.
I wouldn’t consider going back to give them a second chance even with the food being good, but I really hope the service improves in the future. With better service to match the great food, this place could easily be a place worth the drive from Umatilla.

We have been wanting to try this place since it opened. We finally made it happen and we are happy that we did. The owners are fantastic and so friendly. You can see that they really care about customer satisfaction. Brianna was a great server. She was so laid back and joked with us. Food was delicious! Go support this restaurant so we can continue to have delicious options like this to eat at!!

Nicole has created such a wonderful experience that is a must visit if you’re in the area. Savannah is an amazing host who is attentive and genial. Say nothing of the amazing food and drink. Well seasoned, well portioned and homemade. If I lived closer I would find myself a regular patron of this cute bistro in this cute town.
