Nico’s Street Food truck stopped by our apartments at Enconto lofts today and served up some fire Pueblo burgers which included a thick juicy burger patty topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, bacon, cheese, and your choice of green or red chili (I got green) stuffed between two hot pieces of frybread and a hefty side of lightly seasoned fries and a soda! Let me tell you their food is the bomb dot com and the folks running the truck offer a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Thanks again for stopping by our apartments!
