It’s been a couple of years since I’ve had it, but the first 2 times I ended up bringing extra pizza to go back to Cleveland with me. For me, this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. Again it’s been a while, but I’m writing this review because all I want is this pizza again; they don’t do it like this in Cleveland. Hope the business continues success so I can eat here again soon!

Good service and great tasting pizza.
Had craving for pizza, this was just what I needed.
The pizza for me was a little salty due to not eating salt, but overall with the sauce and cheese this was really tasty , I had 3 slices.
The only downside, they do not sell chicken wings ☹️.
We will be back again to try their other pizzas.

Nicolosi’s Pizza is widely known for serving the best pizza in the Phillipsburg area. It is tucked away in the Hillcrest Shopping Center and has been here for many, many years. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They provide take-out and dine-in service; as well as local delivery. The pizza shop is always neat, clean and relatively busy. I highly recommend this pizza shop! You will not be disappointed!

It’s simple with Neapolitan and Sicilian as the choices, plus some basic drinks.
So when the recipe works for 60 years, no need to change it,
We ordered a few slices of Sicilian and a whole cheese pizza pie for the perfect way to satisfy our hunger and it did it disappoint one bit.
And the rockstar pizza maker who made the BEST Sicilian I’ve had in a long while, LOGAN!
Anybody can make a pizza but using the best trifecta ingredients: dough, cheese and sauce reigns supreme here. Great stuff.
And more appreciation to the rest of the staff for having a hand in the business: Angelo, Aiden, Nick and the bald headed fun-ghi!. Super staff.

There are many, many more in the area I need to try still…but Nicolosi’s in Phillipsburg is absolutely at the top of my list for Sicilian slice now. They didn’t have a pie made so I ordered a half. Good thing I did, no way I would have settled for only one slice anyway.
Solid tasting sauce, they must be using Grande cheese, crispy crust with airy interior, the dough had good flavor … just an overall Winner. This was closest to the Sicilian pies of my youth in Brooklyn than anywhere else I’ve tried out this way so far. Not saying that alone means it’s better…just saying that is what I know and am used to so it hit a comfort spot for me for sure.
Check them out if you haven’t already. The half was in the ballpark of $16 for 6 slices. Certainly Didn’t Suck!

The pizza is perfect and it’s no wonder why Nicolosi’s is the longest running pizzeria in Jersey. Sicilian and regular pizza is the only thing on the menu since 1964 which is probably why they are so good at it. The pizza has a perfect blend of a great homemade sauce with really good cheese topped off with a very good amount of oregano. The flavor brings you back to how really really good pizza tasted back in the day. The location is family owned and the family and staff are always friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. Nicolosi’s also delivers and is the fastest at it too. Generally less than 30 minutes or less from the time you order. I highly highly recommend trying Nicolosi’s if you are a pizza lover!
