Best Chicago deep dish I’ve had outside Chicago. Got The Carnivore for carry out and nearly wore myself out hauling the hefty thing to the car.

What a ridiculous interpretation of ” Chicago style” deep dish. It’s “sicilian style” at best. Triple cheese is crazy, light sauce and light meat is a crime. Just another sorry excuse for a pizza place in Colorado charging way too much. Just keep driving to the chain places.

Food: Regular cheese was delicious and very cheesy! Highly recommend. Wish there was a little more crust and salt/seasoning.

When I was growing up in Castle Rock, my family would always have Nicolo’s pizza on Friday. When I moved away and visited, it was a must. Now I have moved to Highlands Ranch and it’s 2 blocks away. I cannot tell you how excited I was when I realized. I have ordered a couple of times and the pizza is the same. The same pizza that I have loved since I was a kid. It will always be my favorite.

We got the all meat deep dish pizza (of course it’s Chicago style!) and it was very very good. Great flavor, crust was crispy and delicious, and we had plenty left over to take home. We also got the mozzarella sticks that were very good as well. Service was good. We went around lunch during the weekday and we were the only ones there which was kind of surprising because of how good the pizza was. The atmosphere was fine. Nothing fancy. Overall a very good experience, and the pizza was great.

Holy moly! What a great experience it was going to Nicolo’s in Highlands Ranch. The service was amazing—speedy and such kind staff. The food was absolutely amazing! Getting some garlic cheese bread as an appetizer is a must. And this Chicago style pizza is truly divine! Definitely recommend!

I used to order from Nicolo’s when they were on Capitol Hill. They used to be awesome. The pizza we got was not even made how they used to, almost like really bad frozen pizza. Definitely not ordering again.

We’ve only done takeout here but the pizza is delicious. Many places advertise Chicago style deep dish but don’t come close. Nicolo’s doesn’t disappoint.

Also, Ive seen huge salads at luncheons with the quilting group luncheons. You will actually enjoy this place and come often. We found with our calzones, the ingredients go from edge to edge and provide wonderful flavor!

Jalapeno poppers weren’t spicy and the only kind of heat was from the lava cheese. I got an Italian sub or something like that and it was alright. Not too bad but would rather go somewhere else.
Edit: Went back and got pizza. It was really good now. My friends got some sandwiches (not sure which ones) and they said it they were really good. One sandwich had some burnt parts on the bread but it was still good.
