2 night in a row we ate here. Both nights had the same server Oliel and his assistant Angel. Wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. They went above and beyond to serve us and give us the best experience anyone ever has. The food is absolutely delicious and I happen to be a picky eater. Got the fettuccine Alfredo which they make at your table. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, and warming. The 2nd night was a beautiful singer. 10/10 recommend. Price was affordable. Will definitely dine again in the future! Great view of the ocean too

Nicoletta is a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere and excellent service. The way the space is designed is stunning, and the level of attention from the servers really stood out, you feel well taken care of from start to finish.
The starters were very good and definitely the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, the main dishes were very underwhelming. I only had one bite of my entrée, and that says a lot because I’m usually someone who finishes everything. The flavour just wasn’t there.
Overall, I would still return, but only for the starters and drinks. The service, ambiance, and appetizers make it worth a visit, just don’t go in expecting an amazing main course.

The Good:
Amazing Staff, gorgeous ambiance and delicious affogato. The thing with Mexican they do love to entertain and make a production with your dining experience and that’s cool with me. Love the touch of chocolate treats at the end but didn’t really taste like chocolate. If the restaurant want to be authentic offer aperitivo shots before or between meals or at the end. I did appreciate my bday cake at the end though, that was much appreciated.
The Bad:
The Pasta Frutti di Mare tasted like Jambalaya but lacks the punch of both and lack seafood for the price.
The cocktail drinks are just okay.
I might come back to try other meals on the menu. The nice view of the water was dampened by the view of the below restaurants roof. It took away the beach view.
I am also bewildered by the presence of hookah by the bar, which is so out of place for a supposedly Italian restaurant. We were so confused to say the least.

We ordered two appetizers, two pasta mains, and a few drinks. The Caesar salad was a unique and beautifully presented take, and both pasta dishes were exceptional.
What truly stole the show, though, was the service. The level of attentiveness was remarkable without ever feeling forced or intrusive—on par with what you’d expect at a Michelin-star restaurant. Every detail was handled flawlessly, from discreetly folding our napkins when one of us stepped away, to presenting the bill alongside a creative and delicious chocolate.
Julian and Alex absolutely knocked it out of the park. This was the best service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant, paired with excellent food.

I cannot recommend Nicoletta’s enough! Their staff was absolutely incredible, and attentive. The food deserves so much more than only 5 stars – give them their Michelin star already!! My husband and I came here on our trip in Cancun to celebrate our one year anniversary, and we couldn’t stop talking about how much we loved every single aspect of this amazing dining experience, to the point where if we could, we would fly here just for the food. Will 1000% come back on our next Cancun trip over the years to come!

1st Anniversary celebration dinner. Sunset was nice, but only one of us could see it. I always forget about the import cost of wine. What would cost $30 in US, cost us $200! Service was fantastic by Fernando and Lupita. Food had great flavor, but the food temps were below expectations. Fried artichokes for an appetizer were unusual, but good. Ceasar salad is recommended by chef to eaten by hand like a taco, they were messy, but the best part of our meal. Ravioli was flavorful, but was room temp at best. Fruit de Mare was goid, but could have used more fruit :). Ordered dessert, Brownie w/Pistachio Ice Cream, to find out half way through we got complimentary one for Anniversary celebration.

Our server Romo (I hope its right!) and his helper Gilbert were beyond incredible. The attention to detail was unmatched. Our glasses were always full, and somehow anything I even thought I might need was already there before I had to ask. It genuinely felt like they were reading our minds.
Romo was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable, and Gilbert was just as attentive and kind. The entire team worked seamlessly together. The manager also came by several times to check on us, which made us feel very welcomed.
The atmosphere was great, the food was good, but the service is what makes this place exceptional.
One of our favorite touches was when they took our photo with a Polaroid and brought it out with dessert!!
If you’re visiting Cancun, this place is an absolute must-stop. We will 100% be back, and when we are, we’ll definitely be asking for Romo again. The entire team is fantastic. Cannot wait to return to Cancun and experience this again!
