I want to give them negative stars. They’re ignorant and hostile for no reason. They made a whole scene about a code because they’re brains didn’t get that I wasn’t picking up an Uber order but a personal order. The gal up front was loud and confrontational, the cook in the back started calling me names while I stood their in confusion because she kept asking for a code that I didn’t have. They don’t respect their customers and we need to stop supporting them because you can put 2 and 2 together why they feel like they don’t even have to treat you with decency. And the food wad nasty. Capitol Coney on 8 Mile tastes much better. Plus they hire anyone. They had a guy who walked around the street naked and licking other ppl’s spit off of the ground working as a cook for months. I pulled off before when I seen it and decided to try them again after I seen that he wasn’t there and regret it.

I have been to many Nicky D n this is the first with a bad experience. If you want food you can eat with no issues dont go here. They didn’t put what was on the menu on the pita. EVERYTHING WAS LEFT OUT NO RACH NO TOMATO NO LETTUCE N IT WAS SALTY. The fries were salty and burnt too. I couldn’t eat none of it. Don’t go there if you want to be able to eat what you bought. None of it was edible with high blood pressure.

The girl Kiesha is going to run off all your customers she is very rude and hangs up on customers when the don’t get what they ordered. How is the order messed up not once but 2 times! This place is really going down hill the cooks need to be better trained to make what is ordered. The grilled chicken is cold so are they preparing it earlier and just throwing it in the orders because it taste old and cold. I will not be back until they do an overhaul of the staff, the women are rude that work there and they have no customer service skills, and the food is not worth what I paid for it!!! And when you bring the food back to get a replacement, they just take the food you hand them and just add what is missing!!!!!!
