Hello,
I would like to file a complaint regarding the service at this store. The staff handle the pizzas carelessly, sometimes handing them over tilted, which causes the toppings to slide off. Customers are also kept waiting unnecessarily, and unfortunately, most of the pizzas are delivered cold — sometimes extremely cold.

1st time ordering here and will be the last ordered wings and they came dry with sauce on side thats fine. They were not cooked all the way thru and too hard to bite into. Are you trying to get someone sick!!! Horrible

Once again they got my order wrong. Called to inform them my order was wrong. Got attitude from employee. Blamed person who took order was new. Also was told of you don’t like it don’t come back. Went to pick up right order. Filed complaint with manager. She asked if I gave the employee attitude. I told her I’m mad because I had to drive 30 minutes round trip to pick up right order so yes I’m upset.when I advised her of my complaint, she said we mad your order correct and she had the attitude by stating if you don’t like what we do don’t come back. Which I won’t. I’ll drive 20 minutes each way to go to nick’s pizza in clyton nj. There the appreciate their customers and never get the order wrong. I just wanted to give nick’s pizza another chance. I will not go back there again and hope they go out of business with their bad attitude and customer service. The manager should go for training on how to treat customers. With her attitude, the business should go out of business. Not the same as they use to be. Don’t go to that business. Your won’t like it read the other reviews.

Dough Flatter then usually no sauce was just cheese n dough not same quality n care from Nick’s wmstown I grew up here an remember when they 1st opened had video games est. Sicilian was our go to after school the pizza was the best but now its Changed hands few times and seems to decline in taste every new owner

We have been trying to get a true thin crust pizza like they offer in central jersey since we moved here 3 years ago. Everytime we ordered all said they could make a thin crust all failed until we tried Nicks. This place hit it out of the ballpark with their thin crust no one better in south jersey. My only negative is it took a bit longer for delivery but in the end we’ll worth the wait

amazing service !! ask for the owner Yianni ! he’s great! try the homemade tomato soup ok wednesday in the winter! the lunch special includes soup grilled cheese and 16 oz drink for less than ten dollars !
