We LOVE this cute little Italian Ice place! We’re not locals but when we’re visiting during the summer we always make multiple visits to Nick’s! Such a delicious variety of both Italian Ice and Ice Creams and we honestly love all the flavors we’ve tried. My top favorite is the Snow Cream Italian Ice that’s a must try soooo good and light! I always get both a mini Snow Cream and a mini Ice Cream to have the best of both worlds!! The perfect frozen treat in this humidity here to cool you down. We wish we had some at home in Colorado. We miss it while we’re gone. We still LOVE this place after 4 summers of visits. We always have to stop by a couple times while we’re in town!

This is the first time I have visited Nick’s Italian Ice. I am not a local, however I love me some Italian Ice. So it was a must try. I got the Beach Please, and it’s amazing. I got a medium add custard and it was around $3.00. Not a bad price at all. The customer service was amazing. She was very kind and smiled. She even let me try some samples. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Thank you

Solid Italian ice spot. Love the drive through element. Great flavor choices.

I was a little underwhelmed. Nick’s was recommended to us. The ice cream was fine, nothing special. The selection was not good and the ice cream was melting. The employee was polite, but not very engaging.

I recently visited Nick’s Italian Ice with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The service we received from Jacey, was extremely poor. Despite ordering four regular-sized Italian ices, we were given very small portions, which felt discriminatory considering other customers received more generous servings. Additionally, Jacey’s attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. This behavior was consistent with past experiences involving Jacey at CCHS, where she exhibited racist behavior, including the use of derogatory language. It’s disheartening to see such behavior carry over into her professional life, and it greatly impacted our visit. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

We come here all the time and it’s always great, but today we went through the drive through and the girl was not very nice and barely filled our cups. My cup was half full and I was very disappointed. Paying the same price for half of what we usually get is ridiculous. Love the food but the service we got today was very discouraging. This picture was taken before I ate a single bite.

The service I just received today was so horrible we walked out without ordering. No greeting, no welcoming, no smile, and a literal stare like there was something wrong with us. I explained it was our first visit and she didn’t even offer a smile or to let us know anything. We won’t come back. Please teach these children how to do customer service and treat others. It’s important.

I just want to say a couple things. 1st when you work 6 til 7 or 8 and a lot of Saturdays means no shaved ice despite the fact I buy several quarts at a time.
2nd multiple trips to be disappointed due to no one there.
3rd last couple times I did catch it open the stuff looked old and melty, refreezed but half thawed made me wanna say something then but thought eh” maybe just a little melted…idk..
Most important though is this…when I have a bad experience “most the time a price or long wait issue” I dont go back, atleast for a while and like most we live on fast food garbage. Everyone knows what I mean where they slop your food togather even though it tool 20 minutes. Businesses can’t help how disillusioned or just stupid some help may be. Not saying either about Nicks cause the employees have always been nice, professional and eager to serve you. Price isn’t an issue because everything is to high including frozen water. It’s just for me and those I know that love nicks wish it was open more freshly. Love nicks ice, but the world exists longer than a couple hours before dark. I know crossville is a not so…. alive town with zombies roaming around at night. Zombies ok, but no cruising town that’s an offense. But if your jyratin or tweekin that’s ok. But no cruising and no nicks Italian ice at night..sucks! Just sayin, Needin my shaved ice fix!!! Guess ill go to granny’s in sparta n get anything I can think of…except nicks. Yeah ill do an update when Im available to stop in. Hopefully soon. Thanks.

Ice cream and Italian ice is delicious, but outdoor seating is sketchy, and the last 3 times we’ve been there, the gal has consistently given wrong Italian ice. Your cherry and your Pina colada need to be labeled properly and maybe moved around and not have 2 white poorly marked tubs front to back. Luckily, my kid liked the pina colada, but I do not.
