From the homemade dough to the loaded up toppings – this pizza cannot be beat! Personal favorites are the Chicken Bacon Ranch and BLT pizzas, but a good ol’ Pepperoni and Mushroom hits the spot, too. Now, let’s talk about the SUBS! If you love a good Italian Sub, I challenge you to find one better! Loaded with premium meats, fresh veggies and light, fluffy, not hard-as-a-rock sub bun makes this sub dream worthy! Not to mention, if you need a quick lunch, stop in for their pizza buffet Monday – Friday! Quick, easy, affordable and delicious!

My wife and I are pizza connoisseurs and we love this pizza. I know this is a strong statement but it’s probably the best pizza we’ve ever had. We are very lucky to have this pizza shop in our home town of plain city. Not only is the pizza perfect but the owner and staff are really good people too.

We’ve loved NickaLena’s takeout, so we finally swung by for the lunch buffet today. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. The crust is easily one of my favorites around. The staff was awesome, even asked if there was anything we wanted them to whip up for the buffet. Love that Plain City has a good pizza buffet after years of us mourning the old 90s Pizza Hut days. We’ll definitely be back!

I just ordered an Italian Sub for supper tonight. The manager Scott said he’d hook me up with fresh sliced jalapeños on it (I did order it with jalapeños). Perfect amount of meat and other toppings, the fresh jalapeños were the icing on top! Great customer service, best Italian sub in town! Pizza is my favorite in town as well! Gave my order to the bartender Shelby upstairs, super friendly and helpful. Great people, I’ll be back!

First time having NickaLena’s and it will certainly not be the last. We ordered an Italian sub and a pepperoni pizza. The sub was loaded with meat and fresh veggies and had the right amount of dressing. The pizza was cooked perfectly and had incredible flavor. This will be our go to pizza place in Plain City from now on!

I ordered pizza for my mom, my mom is a little picky on how she likes her pizza. I wish I knew who took my order but, but she did awesome! My mom was very happy with this quality of the pizza and it was made just the way she likes it! Oh in the burger was massive my dad said! He only finished half of it! Thanks so much for taking my picky order!

Best pizza we’ve had in a long time! Was looking to just try somewhere different and so glad we did. Nicest guy waited on me and my large pepperoni and sausage was excellent. They have a nice dining room too below Lee’s. Will definitely be going back next week.

Thought I would give it a try after a disastrous experience with an online order at the new Donatos and no pizza. This pizza shop is also new to Plain City. They are located below Lee’s, I think there was previously a pizza shop here. The service was very quick and unlike Donatos my pizza actually arrived in about 10 minutes. The crust was decent, the pepperoni and sausage was good. I also ordered onions on half and there were barely any onions on the pizza. Unfortunately I am not a fan of the sauce here.

Ordered at 6:25 PM with a delivery window of 7:11–7:40. Around 8:00, I was notified that employees had called off and the order would be delayed. That happens—I understood and appreciated the update.
At about 8:40, I received another message saying they were out of fried mushrooms, that i would be credited, and that the order was on its way. I replied “okay, thank you.”
At 9:00 PM, I happened to check outside and found the pizza sitting on my porch in freezing temperatures. There was no knock, no doorbell, no call—nothing. I did not select the option to leave it outside.
After a 2.5-hour wait, the pizza was absolutly cold, and i am currently reheating dinner for my 5-year-old who should’ve eaten hours earlier, now at 9:20. That part’s on me—lesson learned: either pick it up myself or cancel well before it gets to this point.
I can laugh about it now, but the lack of communication at the end is what really missed the mark. Delays happen. Cold pizza on the porch with no notification shouldn’t.
I hope this helps tighten things up for the future.
1/2/26. Still no refund on the fried mushrooms!
