We stopped here for the first time to grab some food (pizza) and go to the brewery right up the road. We ordered a medium blast off pizza 14 inches for around 24$ it had 10 slices. It’s For meat lovers – ham, pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, hamburger and bacon. It was loaded with meat for sure. But the overall size of the pizza was kind of tiny in my opinion. I would have thought it was a small. It tasted pretty good but not my style of pizza. The service was fast. But Not too friendly. First and last time visiting here.

Very disappointing I haven’t had food from here in years now I remember why. 1st I gave 2 stars because portions are very generous that’s where it ends. Grinder was overloaded with vinaigrette which made it soggy and must have been left near heat source because it was quite warm not cooked just really warm supposed to be a cold grinder and the canzone was thin burnt tasted burnt had barely any filling mostly overcooked crispy dough no filling on either side til you get to the center and then there’s meat sauce no marinara just a thick sour sauce absolutely gross if I wanted meat with my canzone I would have ordered it that way. Also must have spilled the vinaigrette because you could taste it on the canzone. As it was inside the box and they put the canzone on it anyways. Smh not sure who’s cooking there now but definitely don’t care if they lose customers surprising for ninos standards

Im from East hartford. For most of my life Gino’s pizza was THE BEST ever. The owner retired and it went way down hill. Nobody else in the past 20 years has had a pizza style similar. I recently discovered Nicholas pizza and it is damn close. Not much dining space if you are eating out but if you pick up or get delivery this is the place.

New to me as this was the pizza that was chosen for an event at a neighboring brewery April 2022. Never eating here or ordering takeout before, I didn’t expect much, but it was surprisingly good. What stands out with this pizza, is the sauce. Well seasoned and lots of it to complement the good portion of cheese and toppings. Other than this, I can’t comment about service or other menu items available.

I ordered from here once before and loved the place. But this time , my pizza was soggy. The dough was so thin . There was more cheese then pizza honestly . I ordered wings those were good ! But THIS Grinder , Horrible. It’s BURNT CLEARLY ! I called them at 8:30 mind you the food just got delivered @8:10 . Website says they close at 9:30 pm. When I called back to back someone finally answered. But the man was so RUDE , honestly he made me angry. He didn’t even care about the problem and hung up in my FACE !

Highly recommend trying this place out. Everything is made there, and you can tell in the taste. The Buffalo wings with house sauce have just the right amount of heat and flavor. The turkey sandwich does not lack on turkey. And the sausage has a wonderfully unique flavor.
