WOW. I had never heard of Nice Time until it popped up on the Portland Dumpling Week map. I came to try the Korean Ragu Ravioli and it was so amazing! The Korean gochujang in the ragu sauce gave it a nice little kick. They were only serving the ravioli for dumpling week and am super excited to come back and try the other items on the menu.

Went for dumpling week they had THE BEST raviolis- I don’t know how you made that sauce but I want it so bad can you please bottle it and sell it? I will be dreaming about it for years to come. Can’t wait to try your other menu options

I ordered the pasta with steak ragu. After a short wait, the buzzer went off on my pager and as I approached the back porch to grab my food I was greeted by one of the lovely staff to meet me halfway. The pasta was fresh and delicious, but the standout was the sauce. The flavors were complex and the beef was wonderfully tender. All accompanied by a piece of bread. After a few more bites, the same person stopped by our table to check in to make sure everything tasted good. The level of service and detail from this food cart is truly remarkable. 10/10

This place serves delicious pasta that’s cooked to perfection with sauces that feel indulgent and addictive. Also the location is great; there’s a brewery next door so you can grab comfortable indoor seats and beers/cocktails if you wish. We got to talk to the owner a little bit and he was very friendly. Highly recommended.

We stopped by on Sunday and we were the first in line. We saw an exciting post promoting the cart on Instagram and made it an important to do.
We decided to order one from each sauce category. The Tomato Ragu with Steak, the Aglio e Olio, the Gochujang Ragu, and the Lemon Butter Fish. They let us know it would be a wait for 4 dishes. We said, no problem we’ll walk around Fred Meyer. They normally give you a buzzer but since we would be out of range, they took my number and texted us 20 min later.
Ok yes we went home and plated it. But then we warmed it up and loved it. #1 is the Gochujang Ragu, such emotional flavor. #2 Aglio e Olio, classic dish done right and then Lemon butter fish but shrimp would be good too! Surprisingly the steak Ragu was intially our least favorite BUT as leftovers two days later it was a star. The flavor builds.

I gave this wonderful place a try on Uber Eats and I’m so glad I did. We ordered the Mushroom pasta, daily soup, and tomato basil pasta. Every bite delicious, flavorful, and clearly made from scratch. We’ll be back!
