It was my first time eating here and tried it on Mother’s Day. The food was ready when we got there, a decent amount of food for the price, the lady seemed to be the only one there, cooking and cashiering, she was nice, everything was good except the food. I ordered garlic chicken and I could barely find the little strings of chicken in the giant mass of green and red sweet peppers and onions, I never did taste, see or smell even a hint of garlic! Everything tasted oily. The crab rangoon tasted bizarre and also oily. Not greasy, oily, like a film. The chicken teriyaki was fat and grizzly and also oily. My mouth tasted and felt like I’d drank vegetable oil. My son has chicken and mushrooms and husband had sweet and sour chicken. Neither of them said a word, good or bad, both only ate about 1/3 of their food though. I think they didn’t wanna complain on Mother’s Day. I wanted to like it because it’s quick, not too expensive, and the lady was nice but I threw 3/4 of my meal in the trash. I won’t go back.

Its not as good as it use to be. The previous owners were way better. The moo shu beef I had, the cabbage was not cooked long enough, I had to cook it @home some more until tender. Crab Rangoon cooked a little too long, and they went up on their wings..5 for $7.25..and it didn’t come with fries. I will not be going back here. You don’t get your moneys worth like before with previous owners.

To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I have been wanting some lo mein and Nice Foods has been my go-to for about 4 years.Tonight that ceased to be true. The lo mein was no more than salty ramen. I still loved the wonton soup but there was a half an inch of oil sitting on top of it. I soaked it up with a paper towel. I don’t know what happened to them but there was very little Nice about my food and I will not be ordering anything else from them going forward.
