I did take out and wow was that amazing! The pork was excellent on the fried rice it was crispy and delicious. They have a buy one get one deal on Uber Eats that you can’t beat! The General Tso’s Chicken was cooked great with a lot of sauce. I wish they gave out fortune cookies

Had a really nice experience at Nice Day Chinese! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The portions were generous and everything tasted authentic and well-prepared. I came for the first time for lunch at Nice Day Chinese and had a wonderful experience. The service was friendly and gracious. The food was excellent, flavorful, very fresh and the portions very very generous. The atmosphere is welcoming and it is an exceptionally clean establishment, a major plus. I will be back. And, recommend Nice Day Chinese very highly.

My lunch special was only $9.29! I’m normally not a big Chinese food fan anyways, but my lo mein was amazing! The chicken was soft and tasty. Service was fast and very friendly. The restaurant look is so cute and inviting! Music isn’t too loud so it’s very enjoyable to sit and eat. It’s very clean and neat. 10/10 will be back!

I’m a loyalist to our mom and pop Chinese food place here in West Haven, so much so that I bought a t-shirt from them.
Having said that, this place blew my socks off. The sesame chicken was not oversauced, was crispy, flavorful and fresh. I’m not entirely sure if it was the type or the cook of the white rice, but I loved it more than my usual from other places.
The interior of the takeaway counter was white napkin level clean. Sauces and cutlery were easily available, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The online ordering was a little challenging but I was able to figure it out and my order was ready in less than the 10 minutes it took for me to go pick it up.
All in all, I think I’ve found a new favorite place to get Chinese food from.

Ordered food through their website for pick up. After picking it up and coming home there was an item missing. Called the store immediately and upon telling them that there was an item missing they took my name and phone number and told me that a manager would call me back immediately.
After 20 minutes no one called. I called back from my phone and nobody was picking up then called again multiple times and got the store is closed message even it didn’t close for another 3 hours.
Called from a different number and they immediately picked up, that’s sketchy but I told them again about my order and took down my name and phone number again and told me that they flagged it as an emergency and someone would call me back immediately.
An hour and a half later and still no call. Will not be coming back due to their customer service also the food is meh. There’s better Chinese food in West Haven.

Amazing location! Super cozy and nice for a dine in Chinese food spot, which is hard to find! If you’re driving around and looking for a quick bite definitely stop here. Genuinely nice people and great atmosphere. I had the spicy sichuan crispy chicken and it was to die for. Will be back!
