Nibbles n’ Noms is a gourmet taco food truck servicing the state of Connecticut. We serve fried guacamole nibbles and multi-cultural fusion tacos for our noms! Currently our menu features fried guacamole balls, fried guacamole onion rings, slow-cooked beef tacos with pico de gallo and lime-cilantro crema, korean BBQ chicken topped with kimchi, and a tropical polynesian Huli Huli tofu taco with garlic infused pineapple-mango salsa! We can be found in one of our locations (schedule on the website) or we offer catering for parties, fundraisers, or corporate events! Book us today!!

Oh my lanta….this food is TO DIE FOR! I am seriously having taco withdrawals after eating the tacos from this food truck! They came to our apartment community last week and served up some delicious food. I tried all the tacos and most importantly the fried guacamole balls. The food was cooked to absolute perfection and the flavors were amazing. Thank you ladies for the fun and wonderful service, I can’t wait to shove more of your food into my face!!!

My fiancée and I went to Alvarium brewing where they had Nibbles N Noms. The staff was incredibly welcoming and joked with us. When curious about the spice sauce they use, they offered for us to try without us asking. We ordered the sampler, food came out quick and was nothing short of amazing. After she overheard that I’ve had tofu before and didn’t like it at all, they made little tofu taco samples and brought them to our table and it was phenomenal. We highly recommend this food truck! Thank you for the amazing food, service, and the decals! We made sure to follow your socials and hope to see you soon
