We’re visiting from San Francisco and we came for sake and left very happy with both sushi and sake. We were sitting at the bar and couldn’t help but to see Blanche in the kitchen prepping and crafting the food. It was quite a show for us so we got the salmon sashimi and hand rolls. We were very surprised because the flavors worked so well together fusing New American with traditional sushi. It was a party in my mouth and I enjoyed every bite. Well done Blanche, thanks for having us and I suggest everyone give NIA a try!

Out of this world experience at NIA! Chef Blanch & Chef Andy are incredible at what they do. You can tell how fresh the ingredients are and how much thought and precision goes into creating the perfect bite for each & every dish. The flavors were unique and every single bite left me saying “wow”! On top of this, these chefs are so hospitable and talked us through every course. If you are a sushi fan in Nashville this spot is an absolute must-try. Michelin level dining at an affordable price. Can’t wait to see what they dream up next!

I am honestly shocked this place hasn’t blown up. You feel the hospitality and vibes as soon as you walk in. If it’s not busy you’ll have the chance to speak with the chef and learn more about the vision behind the menu. Imagine Carmi from the Bear with a true passion for every aspect of his meal creations and multiple that by 30. The dedication to detail, is unparalleled. I feel fortunate to be one of the early patrons. You will not be disappointed!!!
