What a fantastic find. By far the best Vietnamese vermicelli bowl I’ve had in C’ville. The pork was char-grilled perfectly and balanced well with the noodles and crisp salad of cucumber, lettuce, and Thai basil. The fresh rolls were an excellent complement to the meal along with the Thai iced-tea. I’ll be coming back for the Bahn Mi. Staff are super friendly as well. It’s a small joint with limited seating but I had the place to myself for an early lunch. If you’re looking for really good Vietnamese food, it is here!!

So let me tell you guys something I just had one of the best experiences when it comes down to pho. This place is so small but so homey you kind of feel at home just sitting at the table eating your noodles enjoying the atmosphere. The folks here are professional and lovely. If you are looking for a place to eat in Charlottesville or even just looking for some carryout please give this place a shot you will not be sorry for it. I personally plan to come back here with my wife I had the beef pho and it was amazing I didn’t have to add the jalapenos or the onion to improve the taste the broth by itself was amazing. And if you’re looking for a specific type of tea whether it’d be chai tea boba tea or what have you they will make it for you they’ll work with you I personally don’t like boba but they had a boba flavor that I wanted without the boba and they made it for me I’m going to be a regular here when I’m in the area I hope to see you there please these folks are amazing.

What a wonderful surprise tucked into Charlottesville!
I came here for the first time today for lunch with my coworkers and ordered takeout. I was genuinely shocked (and very grateful) at how affordable the menu is. I ordered the bulgogi rice plate along with a chai boba tea—and after living coast to coast, I can confidently say this is the best boba I’ve ever had.
The food portions were huge, filling, and absolutely delicious. When I walked in to pick up my order, the smell of fresh meat and spices immediately hit you in the best way. The sweetest woman greeted me to take payment, and her warm smile made the experience even better.
I truly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s officially my new favorite spot!

Had the bubble milk tea, veggie rolls and cucumber salad. All were delicious. My only complaint is that the milk tea is noted as using “non dairy powder” but when I asked what that was the staff did not know. I have alpha gal so I can’t risk it. I asked for oat milk instead and they had that so I’m glad for that!

This is such a cute place. The staff is always so friendly, and they even remember our regular orders. The food is crazy good, my kids are constantly asking me to get them pho and boba tea. I’m not a big pho person, but the dumplings are 10/10 and my kids say the pho is authentic. I love it here!!

I visited this restaurant during lunch. It is a pretty small place, so it seems to be very popular for take outs. But you may still be able to find a table to dine in. The food is delicious. I especially enjoyed steamed buns and kimchi. The food has this homemade quality. Definitely recommend.

Nice spot for some tasty Asian food! It’s small on seating but big on flavor. Inside there are 3 or 4 tables, but it’s nice and clean. The lady that took our order was super nice and helpful. The food was ready in under 10 minutes of placing our order. We had the bulgogi beef rice plate, an order of kimchi, and a couple of shrimp fresh wrappers. All were very tasty! The price to portion was okay, but I am definitely going back to explore the menu based on flavor alone! Stop by and see what ya think.

At the time of writing, a hidden gem on the Charlottesville restaurant scene. The Pho in particular is fantastic. The bubble tea is made in house, and comes with many choices and flavors. I would recommend the Thai Tea & regular boba. Lower sugar options are available. The price seems fair and the portions are good. Nguyen’s kitchen is certainly worth giving a shot.
The service is friendly, and reasonably quick depending on the order. The atmosphere is very utilitarian. The seating consists of a few tables and chairs, so consider ordering for pickup.

What a great little spot for amazing Pho! A friend of a friend told us about this place so we just tried it out and they did not disappoint! Great food, and amazing friendly staff! Only a couple of tables to sit and eat, but we are glad we got to dine in.
