New Vietnamese restaurant with amazing food and service! The joint is very clean and modern…very comfortable seating, nice tables and decor, bright and inviting! Our server Min was awesome, polite and attentive! The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked perfect, the proteins tasted amazing, groceries were fresh and crisp, fish sauce was tasty and not overwhelming. This place is pricier than the average Vietnamese restaurant, but the portions were large and the quality was on point! It definitely feels more higher end than other joints. Definitely recommend the spicy chicken wings! Looking forward to trying other menu items.

I had an amazing lunch at Ngu Binh restaurant! As a Vietnamese, I truly appreciate authentic flavors, and this place did not disappoint. My friend and I both ordered Bun Bo Hue, Pork & shrimp tapioca dumplings, and Vietnamese coffee. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was both friendly and attentive without being overbearing, making for a really enjoyable dining experience. Even though they were quite busy during lunch time rush, our meals arrived quickly, beautifully presented, and in generous portions. I couldn’t resist ordering some Pho takeout for my husband for dinner!
What really impressed me was the atmosphere. The restaurant is clean, relaxing, and bathed in natural light, providing the perfect setting for a leisurely meal. Will definitely come back to check out other dishes. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I highly recommend Ngu Binh to anyone in search of a great place to eat. You won’t regret it!

This was our second visit to this delightful restaurant, and we absolutely love the vibrant flavors and exquisite taste of the food. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I often find it challenging to discover Vietnamese cuisine that meets my needs, but this restaurant exceeded my expectations.
I wholeheartedly recommend dining here! The service was exceptional, making our experience even more enjoyable. We tried the espresso martini, which was a delightful treat, and the Caesar cocktails were equally impressive.
As a bonus, if you visit on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, you can enjoy a 10% discount! Don’t miss out on this gem!

I tried this place for the first time, and it’s one of the few spots where I can tapioca dumplings. The restaurant was packed and seemed a bit understaffed, so our food took a little while to come out, but it was worth the wait. The place was very clean, and the food was excellent.
I absolutely loved the bánh lọc trần, but the grilled pork chop was a pleasant surprise! I appreciated that they included a small bowl of soup on the side—the aroma and flavor were wonderful. I definitely want to come back to try more items on the menu. Since this is a new establishment, I was impressed by how clean everything was.

First experience here, believe this was the old Swiss chalet, but this place is awesome. The interior is really nice inside, did not expect this and the service was pretty good. Food was amazing, loved the Pho. Didn’t really need any touch up’s or anything, the vermicelli bowl was huge and very filling. The deep fried squid, cuts are a little big but still very good. Great Viet food addition to the west end. Prices are little bit higher than usual Viet places but well worth it.

This was my first visit to Ngu Binh, and I was pleased with the service, food, and overall atmosphere of this fine establishment. I ordered the Grilled Pork Vermicelli with Spring Rolls, and I have no complaints other than that there were too many noodles for the portion. I am not sure if this is customary or not, but it was a lot of noodles vs the pork and other items included with the dish. The restaurant itself is very nice and the staff were inviting and they checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was alright. Thank you Ngu Binh staff. I will be back.

Pretty place, lovely staffs, happy bellies. This place totally hit the spot! Their BBH was rich and flavorful with a natural sweetness that comes from long-simmered bones, not the heavy seasoning. My clams vermicelli were just as good, definitely give it a try if you can handle Vietnamese shrimp paste for that ✨extra kick✨.
All of the deep fried appetizers were perfectly crispy and tasty, we got the squid, shrimp and chicken wings. I was in loveeeee with their tapioca dumplings, really chewy, say no more.
I was also impressed with my husband’s five-color vermicelli bowl. The toppings were legit and nicely seasoned, we could really tell their quality was there!
Too bad I did not manage to capture all the dishes. Portions are huge so come hungry or be ready for leftovers.

A Vietnamese restaurant that is pretty close to what Co Do Hue is. You can expect a similar menu and the variety is the forte here. You can get some dishes here that I haven’t seen in Edmonton, such as (and I have no clue what the name of the dish is…) some dumpling with (shrimp?) filling served with fish sauce. Portions are a good size here and they even featured desserts!

I lived in Central Vietnam briefly and this broth reminded me of the real deal…The broth was flavorful and the noodles were really good….the vermicelli bowls look really good and I definitely will go back again to try the clam bowl that they offer.
The popular vietnamese restaurant across the street has some competition with these guys for sure!
Also the decor is really warm and clean.
Good atmosphere for sure
