Food was delicious and authentic especially considering they’re pretty central in Dallas. I’ve often had to travel to Garland for good Vietnamese food, but now there’s a spot where I frequent when I don’t want to make the drive! Prices are a bit higher than I’d like, but for the location and convenience, it makes sense. Had the vegetarian curry which was spicy & delicious. It looked small coming out and I was nervous it wouldn’t fill my appetite, but I stand corrected. Boyfriend got the Bun cha gio thit nuong, which was also great!✨

First time trying out this place and it was absolutely phenomenal. I ordered the spicy ribeye pho with the shrimp spring roll and everything was spot on. The broth was rich and flavorful with just the right amount of heat, the ribeye was tender, and the spring roll was fresh and perfectly balanced. Portions were generous and the quality really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back.

It was extremely busy when I visited, so the service was (understandably) a little slow. That being said, my server was friendly and my cocktail and pho were very good. The pho ingredients tasted especially fresh. It’s a little pricier than most pho places I’ve been. However, its nice for an occasional treat. I can see why people like this place.

Absolutely superb food, the glazed chicken special was so tasty, and the chicken broth that accompanied it was one of the best broths I have ever had. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was incredible too. Great service also.

Food was so good. The blue rice was very tasty have not had that before. Restaurant was not busy at all but staff was not attentive and was not able to offer any recommendations or guidance on the menue. With plenty of open tables took 10+ min for staff to acknowledge us another 5-10min to be seated. Never checked on the quality of the meal, just brought check at the end

Made a pho lover of my husband. He had always declared that he hates pho. I told him, “perhaps it’s just that you don’t like bad pho from shifty strip center restaurants serving questionable meat.” Tonight as I watched him clean a bowl of pho I had my “I told you so” moment. This place converted him. As we sat there eating the best Vietnamese meal we’ve ever had we were planning trips to Hanoi and cruises of Southeast Asia.

We found this place in the Michelin guide and the photos on their website won us over. We chose this to be our spot to have our anniversary dinner. There’s nothing pretentious or uncomfortable about this place. It’s relaxing atmosphere and lovely decor put you at ease. Service was excellent and as previously stated, the food was incredible.

Everything was fresh, well balanced and just as it’s name means, delicious! My husband may never eat pho again unless it is in Vietnam or this specific restaurant.

Michelin, as always, steered us in the right direction for an unforgettable meal.

The spring rolls had an incredible texture of chewy, crunchy and soft. Flavors were a perfect blend of savory and sweet in every bite. I only wish I’d asked for more sauce as that peanut sauce was devine. The pho was so good. That broth was healing and reminded me of something a grandmother would have made with pride. The lavender tea was delightful. It wasn’t too floral and was light and refreshing. The coconut water was lightly sweet and hydrating. The coffee with egg cream gave this luscious floating layer of custardy cream that you could eat with a spoon. I thought I’d be overwhelmed by the sweetness but the bitterness of the strong coffee offset the fluffy mouse like layer perfectly.

To top it all off this meal was extremely reasonably priced. Seldom will you find a meal that gives this level of quality for such a modest price. Please go and enjoy a meal at this establishment. I promise you’ll not regret it.

Been here a couple times now since living in Dallas and it doesn’t disappoint! The pho is delicious and the spring rolls are exquisite. The pork spring rolls especially are so unique and flavorful. It is a bit pricey but so worth it!

It was very delicious. Everything was good. I just wish it was not in such a high demand/trendy location. If they didn’t have to pay such inflated (absurdly high) rent, their menu prices could drop a bit. It’s not their fault, I’m just saying you might want to wait until payday to go to Ngon. Great stuff!
