This place is amazing. First time walking through the door, the environment was clean and modern, yet very inviting. Server was incredibly patient as my friends and I discussed the menu and she made sure we were accommodated for. For the prices, the portions are very fairly sized and incredibly filling. The sit-down option with a casual energy was a nice refresher, and the salsa bar was a perfect touch for customers to further customize their meals. Dessert was a must despite how full we got, and it was well worth it. I will for sure be back if I’m craving churros. I was quite upset when Katrina’s was closed, but I must dare to say this replacement set aside all doubts. I recommend this place for anybody in the area!

The food was quick, fresh, and delicious. The salsa bar was wonderful, and all of the staff were very friendly. The salsa bar had multiple green and red salsas ranging from mild to hot. The prices are reasonable considering the amount of food you get. The chimichanga I got was delicious. My partner got the enchiladas with green salsa and she loved it. She is vegetarian and they were able to accommodate her by filling the enchiladas with cheese and vegetables.

I got the quesabirria tacos! The meat was intensely flavorful! The cheese leaked out the sides during it melting creating a delicious cheese crust all around the tacos. They have a salsa bar and the spicy salsas are actually spicy!! A very pleasant surprise!! The only downside was the price, a little high compared to other places. But the food was amazing! The lady taking my order was so patient with me, got me a glass of ice for my Jarritos and even said she would clean up after I was done. It made me feel so good just being there and I really hope this place thrives! They deserve it!!!

Great takeover of the old Catrina’s location. Fresh and clean on the inside. Maria was our server and she was very friendly and helpful! We ordered beef/chicken fajitas and chicken chimichanga. Everything was savory and tasty. Like Catrina’s, you order your food as you walk in the door and then find a table and wait for your food to come out.
Only a couple notable downsides: the colors are white ceramic tile with dirt everywhere and the bathroom was unkempt. If you want to order more food or drinks, you have to go back up to the front and order again.
I’m looking forward to trying different items on the menu! I’m glad there’s no chips/salsa included because the portions are pretty sizable and very filling.

Love this spot! They are in walking distance of us and I’m glad we got to try it finally. They have daily specials, and we went in on a Thursday so we were able to get the birria taco combo. It comes with a soft drink, but because we had already ordered wine margs, they offered to switch that out for rice & beans as a side.

The Pambazo (Mexico City and Bajio style) was huge and tasted like my mother in laws. The street tacos were tasty and there were 5 salsa choices. Loved it. The wait staff was friendly too.

We used to go to this location when it was Catrinas, we were excited to see this new place opened there and is great mexican food. That staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was even better! The chips and salsa was great. My son and I both got the Neza Burrito (Chorizo, Carne Azada, Beans, Rice, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, Guacamole) which was fantastic!. Would highly recommend this place, can’t wait to go back and try some other dishes!

When I saw 5.0 rating, I became very skeptical.
5.0 for a Buritto in Minnesota!? I had to try it and see for myself. I have to begrudgingly agree: they deserve the rating.
The restaurant itself is very nice, small but in a good way. The Buritto its self isn’t the biggest or anything but
The quality. Each bite was more enjoyable than the last. Lots of flavor without adding any sauce.
Even the tortilla is impressive: is crispy on the outside but not overdone. Inside the Buritto is well balanced and feels intentional rather than just slopped together.
The chips are a nice break, even without salsa/pico/guac.
Lastly the service has been great. They have great weekly specials.
I had to go back to try it again to see if it was a fluke.
