Tried this place out because it’s often compared to In N Out. The French fries here taste just like seasoned curly fries, so they definitely win in that category. Nexx Burger offers several add-ons for their burgers, including avocado, two pieces of bacon, a scoop of chili, American or Swiss cheese, and extra sauce, all available for an additional charge. They also have BBQ sauce, ketchup, ranch, and a house sauce similar to Thousand Island. Most customers I noticed were getting fountain drinks or the strawberry shake. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a decent amount of parking, a drive-thru, and the place is handicap accessible. The staff was friendly, and I have to say their kitchen and facility were impressively clean. The stainless steel appliances were shiny and spotless (usually places have foggy or greasy surfaces), and the employees all wore gloves, little things that stood out to me.

I frequently visit this location and I visited once again today. And everything was wonderful as it always is. I was kindly greeted with a smile upon entering. The restaurant was spotless as always. The order was fresh, hot, correct and swift. Food tasted delicious. 5 star experience. Will definitely return again.

This place is great! We had burgers, fries and onion rings. Husband and I agree it was the best western had in a long time! Very clean and you can see them cook and prepare food. Our new burger place!

The blade drink is good and reminds me of the lemon-up at In-N-Out (except different). And I love that they offer the two chicken strips as an upgrade to any combo. It’s perfect for my toddler (he actually eats one and I eat the other). They’re a good size. Burgers are good too. Wasn’t too excited about the flavor of the chili when I first tried the chili fries. Tasted old, like it might make me sick. But none of my family got sick, so that’s a plus, I suppose. Everything else was good.

Came here for lunch after hearing about Nexx. We ordered the chicken strip meal. Order came out quick and got. Chicken has good flavor. The fries are lightly seasoned. Well worth the drive. Will definitely come back.

This is my new favorite quick burger joint. It’s tasty and inexpensive. Where can you get a 4 dollar double-cheeseburger? On top of that, they have more than just burgers, fried chicken, and chicken fingers. The fries are fantastic as well.

So far, I’ve tried the double cheeseburger, seasoned fries, and their unique soda selection, which are more than enough to keep me coming back. 2 delicious filling burgers for $9 after tax is hard to beat in today’s world. Their old location in Newport was the best.

Place is clean and the food is really really good. Customer service is great and everything was warm and made to order. Process are really affordable compared to other joints. Would have attached a photo of the food but our kids immediately started devouring their burgers. Definitely will be back again and again.

Place is clean, prices for quality of food is great! My only regret is not asking for grilled onions in my double cheese burger, but getting a side a ranch made me forget about it. The fries are yummy! Crunchy all around, definitely pair well with ranch! Did I mention they got the gooooood buttermilk ranch? Also, great service!! Staff is very friendly and helpful! Oh, and don’t miss out on the sweet potato fries, they go well with ranch too!!
