For over a decade, this was my favorite restaurant, the food was delicious, the service was good, and the amount of food you got for what you payed for was amazing. I still thought of this place as the best bang-for-your-buck place around, up until today. One of my favorite meals was their “Loaded Nachos” with chicken. It’d be my go-to meal whenever I was having a bad day. But today, I went to order, and the portion of chips I was given was literally half of what it used to be. I thought there was a mistake, so I asked the staff, and they just said “That’s the way we do it now.” I remember when I first went there many years ago, the same order was $7.99. Then, over the years, the same amount of food was raised to ~$14. Hey, prices go up, food’s expensive, I get it. But now, paying the same amount for *half* of the chips that I got a few months ago? That’s just a slap in the face. And the Buffalo Wings my friend ordered, according to him, didn’t taste as good as they used too, tasted like cheap, frozen wings. I really hope the management comes to their senses soon, as this place is really something special, they just have to get their act together.

I can always go for some good food. My girl got the veggie pizza. I got a nice burger, delicious mushrooms. I love the preparation. The service… can’t go wrong. Love to come back there again and I will!

Seemed like a cool place. Got takeout for two kids and myself. Told them about the bug on their online ordering system. Couldn’t order food for kids.

Excellent food, always hot and fresh. The entrees, pizzas, and fresh pasta are excellent. I eat here all the time. The menu is huge with a lot of options (or decisions to make). Turkey Tips, Steak Tips, Chicken Teriyaki Bowl, Eggplant Casserole, Fresh Fucilli are top of the list. Pizzas are consistently great. Chicken wings are great. It’s all awesome. They have a kids menu. The kitchen closes kind of early at 10 PM that’s the only gripe, and before that you can only get pizza and apps (usually frozen then fried stuff) after 9. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They have live events sometimes throughout the week. Trivia on Wednesdays and Music Bingo on Thursdays and also they have live music on Saturdays sometimes. I’ve seen them have events or catering or similar in the dining room area too. Great local restaurant and bar.

We went in to eat here for the first time and let me tell you we are not going back. There were no servers. There was food and trash all over the floor. Tables weren’t being bussed. I could tell the bar tender and the guy bringing us food were trying their best but how can you not have any servers? It was busy. The restaurant was packed. The food came out fine, tasted great and everything was hot (surprisingly, considering there were basically only two people working). The prices were way too high. Appetizers tasted like frozen food. The chicken teriyaki bowl was great. It’s a shame because the food is great and the people waiting were great but this place is run terribly.

This was my first time coming to Newtowne Grille. Walking in the semi empty place I didnt have high hopes but when the food came out my jaw dropped. The portions were huge, the appitisers were amazing. The spinach and artichoke dip was the best I’ve ever had and the cheesy fries were out of this world! The mac and cheese that my sister ordered for a meal was some of the best I’ve tasted at a resturant ever! I could tell everything was freshly made and it was delicious! It’s a great place to take the family and I totally recomend this place!

Staying at a nearby hotel and this place was on the list of places that delivered. They do not deliver; they allow DoorDash. However, we had five hungry kids and did not want another night of pizza. Ordered buffalo wings with a side of ranch; received bbq wings with a side of blue cheese. Ordered the chicken, broccoli and penne; it was lukewarm, chicken looked like chunks of leftover fried chicken and pasta barely had sauce. At $16.95 a plate, I expected it to not only look better but taste better. In my opinion the prices are on the higher end for the quality. We don’t live in the area and will not be back. This was a tough pill to swallow—our entire bill was $111+. Way overpriced.

Nice burgers! Saddly the service is awful and the bartender is so rude. This place believes that pouring a beer in a glass its a favor and not a service. Never coming back again.

Used to be a staple for their steak tips and buffalo fingers, not anymore. Twice now the fingers (some) are gamey, two orders in a row. Steak tips are ok but they used to amazing and so well known by everyone. Such a bummer but the bar staff and waitresses have always been and are still is amazing.

Good menu, decent enough food (but not the best). TV’s for everyone. I guess it’s not the fault of the establishment but I found it to be too loud in there, you had to raise your voice to be heard. The TV’s were playing, music was playing and the customers were all having good conversation and that equaled a lot of noise. I guess that’s what you tend to get from going on a Friday night. My biggest detracting would be that there are two entrances, the front door (non handicap accessible) and the back door (handicap accessible, which we used), but to enter the back door we had to pass through the smoking crowd hanging out at the top of the ramp right at the door, it was something we could have done without. Isn’t there supposed to be a 30′ clearance?
