It’s not even a deli anymore, they don’t even make Cheese steaks! Crappy chicken and potato wedge menu. The proprietor smelled like he hadn’t showered in a week or ever used deodorant. Got a couple of Cajun chicken sandwiches, which weren’t bad, However, I will not be going back

I only give reviews when they are truly deserved and Newport Deli deserves a HUGE HIGH FIVE and 2 thumbs up for the awesome job they do here. Super clean. Very organized and a very large selection of items in such a small place! Good food. Fresh products. The owner, employees and cooks care about their small Deli and store and it shows. Blows away any competition in the area. You gotta stop by this place in Newport, NJ on your way to Fortesque, NJ! It’s worth it.

You need fishing line at 6am? They got you. Need flour for a recipe at 8pm…. Covered. Dog food, cat food, ice cream paper plates, I’m telling you, if you need something, check here first.
The prices aren’t bad either.
Theres a kitchen at this deli too, and they make a respectable cheese steak. No kidding.
