okay so overall it was pretty good. Awful Awful was great! Chicken tenders were good. fries needed more salt. and i did not like the honey mustard but that might have just been my preference. It was very bitter and not enough of the honey.

They had a promotion running for some kind of spooky milkshake option that had a little ghost decoration on top. I wanted a different ice cream, but still kinda (really) wanted to see what the ghost looked like. I asked if I could have a ghost on my ice cream. They gave me a ghost on my ice cream. 10/10, adorable ghost, loved it, would visit again. (The ice cream was pretty delicious too)

I don’t know if it was an off day but I never was served such bad food in my life at any Newport Creamery! It will be some time before I take a chance. Our waitress was wonderful! The ladies room was not very clean either.

I stopped by pretty early with my son. The waitress was so kind and cherry even for 7am. My son devoured his Buttermilk pancakes and I had the corned beef omlette! Very tasty would recommend.

The food here is very good classic options. Food is always quick and hot. There are plenty of options for kids and the atmosphere is great for kids as well. I’ve had a couple minor mistakes with my orders in the past but aside from that the service is very good and friendly. Overall the whole family loves it and we will always return.

Ok first the good Stopped in to grab an Awful Awful, a employee, looked to be new maybe first or second day working there and about 14 or 15 years old and reay friendly. Now the bad she was trying to fill an order for another person when the store manager or assistant manager who’s name is BJ, came up and started belittling the young lady trying to do her job. Honestly the way BJ was treating this employee made me feel horrible about waiting in line to place an order like I was in causing BJ an inconvenience for being there. When I got my Awful Awful that BJ insisted on making it was watered down. The service BJ provided was not the kind of service you would expect and the atmosphere BJ created there made me feel very unwelcome to be there.

Same good food and great ice cream you remember. Location was clean and food was good. Took some time for food to arrive and it was freezing inside the restaurant. Food was prepared properly and tasted fresh. Awful Awfuls were fantastic as always.

Newport creamery is a RI icon. Sad some have closed but grateful some have remained open. The manager waited on us while we ordered our sundaes to go. He was knowledgeable and friendly. The icecream was good and fresh. A bit disappointed they don’t have the “cowlick” anymore or the buy one get one Monday awful awful. Bring these back please.
