I went to this location on Wednesday and it’s safe to say this was the best experience i’ve had in a restaurant for a long time. Me and my friend walked in and were greeted with a smile by the manager who was the sweetest lady. Though out the time of us being here she was nothing but nice and respectful towards me and my friend and even checked on us throughout the time of us eating. The rest of the staff was also amazing including our sever Billy. He was a young man with a great attitude. Through out the time of us being there he was very attentive to me and my friend as well as his other tables he had. We had ordered our food which was two bowls of chili. It came out in only a few minutes hot and fresh and was served perfectly! Later on we ordered our ice cream, a make your own sundae. The make your own sundae was just as good as it was when I was a kid! All in all i’d recommend coming here over and over again without any doubt!!

I travel from CT to Cape Cod several times a year, and I always stop at Newport Creamery for breakfast on the way! Their “Senior Breakfast” selections are a real value, and I had a perfectly prepared egg over, grilled English muffin, juice and coffee for less than $10.00! Trust me, this is excellent and the food reminds me of the old “Friendly’s” restaurants! Staff attentive, “Lauryn,” (hope spelling correct!) was so attentive, smiling, serving her customers with enthusiasm and efficiency! OH! I stopped there for lunch, and had a Senior lunch special, a grilled cheeseburger on toast, potato salad and coffee, again, FOR LESS THAT $10.00! Can’t be beat! Located on Route 114 in Seekonk, it’s less than a mile from I-95! STOP IN! In the mood for ice cream? THIS IS THE PLACE! As long as they remain open, they have a me, a customer for life! Thanks!

This has been a family favorite of my family’s for DECADES. Whenever we’re back in RI, we ALWAYS have to eat here–and always order a coffee Awful Awful with our meals. The staff have always been friendly and the food delicious. It is a good family restaurant and a great place to bring young kids, teens, or your grandparents. 🙂 And affordable.
Don’t get me wrong… If you’re looking for a 5-star high end restaurant, this isn’t it. But this is a fantastic family restaurant for families of all ages. Think of it better than a Friendly’s, on par with Bliss Brothers, and just a good neighborhood place. 🙂 It’s by far my favorite. 🙂

Haven’t been here in decades. Still a wonderful place. People are being a tad eager to put this place down. It’s not their fault they can’t get the staffing! Blame the president! T.his place has great food… Great staff. They try so hard to please. Just sain guys…a bad review over a cheese sandwich. Just sayin… give the poor staff there credit for all the work they do!!!! This is a genuine review spot. People we are expecting miracles!!!!! Look around! Only the high priced restaurants are fully staffed! I find people are just looking to be frigging pickyoon! I’m sick and tired of nasty people! SERIOUSLY IT’S NEWPORT CREAMERY NOT THE RITZ!!! OHHHH PEOPLE MAKE ME SO ANGRY!

Our waitress was prompt and friendly. The food came out fast, hot, and was just what we needed. I don’t eat very much at all, due to weight loss surgery and the waitress never questioned that. I asked for a box to go and she was very pleasant.

So I gave the food a 2star rating due too, the chef doesn’t cook well everything was over cooked or dry as hell. Chicken club sandwich is what I order … what I ate was BLT because the chicken was so over cooked it was rubber. I don’t like given bad reviews but I have to where and when it’s needed. But our server was freaking awesome Caleb. Keep up the good work . If you don’t hear it enough you are very much appreciated at Newport creamy. This is my husband and I favorite spot and it’s going down hill. Please advice, when hiring cooks bench test them first before hiring

Every time I go in there, she’s either in a bad mood or she walks like she has glass in her shoes, something ?? She has no business.Waitressing, I know it’s only NEWPORT creamery, probably her first job, but she makes your experience when you’re dining in there miserable.
She constantly has a puss on barely says. Hello, and thanks you.

Waitress was ok not the best. Had to wait longer for my food while someone else who walked in after I did and was in the same section I was in got there food before my sister and I did. Then had to wait for a container to put my leftovers in and the check, as the waitress (her name started with an a) was on her phone and I was watching the whole time

The “Awful Awful” we ordered was great! Our late lunch/early dinner (4pm) took way too long to be served and was definitely not worth the wait. The Mac and cheese was a Kraft box version, not restaurant worthy!!! And the clam strips looked like they came from a box in the bottom of a freezer. Over browned crumbs that were dry! Plus the roll that they came on had a “been around too long taste” even under the toasting. Only stop into this place if you would like an ice cream treat. We should have stopped with the “ Awful Awful “ as the rest of the experience was truly AWFUL! Only received 2 stars from me because of the shake.
