You walk into a clean restaurant and are met by a friendly and professional staff. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with coleslaw and my nephew ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. My cheesesteak was piping hot with plenty of tasty steak stuffed into a soft roll. The coleslaw was tasty as well. The Bacon Cheeseburger had crisp bacon sitting on top of a juicy burger. The fries were hot and crispy. Our server did a great job of keeping our drinks full.

The young male manager is absolutely RUDE. I walked in while I was waiting for my order he came walking around and it was back-to-back Christmas music. So I jokingly said can’t we get through Thanksgiving and then start the Christmas music? We are just not ready LOL and I left… The look on his face was so nasty as he was staring at me like I had said an inhumane joke or something, and he snapped at me and said “Christmas is a season Thanksgiving is only one day” then took off into his office. I looked at the girl that was making my order and said wow he must be a joy to work with!! Terrible that this is the example of a manager to these staff. I was Embarrassed for the reaction I got. I have been a manager for years!! And a restaurant manager, there is no excuse to be so RUDE. Newport creamery definitely needs to raise the bar for people they choose to lead their teams. Sad

I went to this restaurant to eat last week, I had a sever who was a girl I believe her name was ray. she was the sweetest girl very kind. but their was a manger their who was very disrespectful giving constant attitude to the server and the other workers and customers. the food was okay but the cook was not wearing gloves it was very gross, and the restaurant it self was decently clean.

The waitress was nice and pleasant. The food on the other hand was subpar. My waffles grill cheese sandwich with a beef parry was burnt along with the extra well-done extra extra extra crispy Curly Fries. Casandra ordered a chicken Quesadilla. The chicken Quesadilla care with no chicken. We had to send the plate back. The kid’s meal was priced perfectly.

We stopped here for an early family dinner while traveling. The kids menu items were what you expect from any kid friendly restaurant.
The dinner menu items were an interesting experience. A tuna melt which clearly had the tuna added after the bread and cheese were grilled. A hot honey chicken wrap which was missing the hot and honey. Fries which were tasty even if we were never offered ketchup. Overall food was good even if wrong.
The kids meals came with generous ice cream servings for kids, making them worth the money (even when one was missing the whip cream and cherry). The Ultimate Campfire Sunday was tasty and exciting even if they didn’t tell us they were out of graham crackers until it arrived.
Despite half our items having something wrong with them, we were pleased with how attentive the server was.
While we wouldn’t go here again, we’d consider taking a chance at another location.

A simple, old american family restaurant, like it used to be before. I would say it is like Friendly’s. You can get there some sandwiches, burgers, soups, simple food, nothing fancy. They do have a big variety of desserts related to ice cream. No alcohol served there.

The waiter was very friendly. Food was decent. Place was clean. I am giving overall one star because I only ordered w turkey club and mac n cheese. It took over 45 minutes to be brought to the table. Place was dead, only 2 other tables had people. There was more than one wait staff. Same thing happened last time but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another chance. Totally unacceptable to wait that long for 2 simple dishes.
