Food always tastes great. Kids cheese pizzas were a bit lack luster this time. Sauce to cheese ratio was off. Not enough cheese to cover the sauce. First time this has ever happened.

Yesterday my friend and I ordered the best salads! 100% delicious! Fresh, dressing came on the side in a little container. Great! Beautiful chicken sliced on top with toppings. Sooo I ordered it again today. Not the same at all very disappointing! The salad was old, pre-mixed with the dressing on it. No dressing in the container. Very little protien. Definitely not fresh at all! I also decided to order a little fruit today. Not fresh, container not full, and old fruit. We live just up the road. I would eat the salads they offer almost daily if the consistency was even close regularly. It is not. I would rate the cranberry apple chicken salad from Wataburger better. This is really sad, and a rip off for the price. I could understand if they were newly open and working out the amount ordered. They have been open for years. No excuse! Good luck, could be great, could be terrible.

I am always like this restaurant. I am a bit concerned of late because it seems their service is going downhill rapidly. Yesterday during my lunch time visit, it seemed like their service was way off. Tables were not being Bust or cleaned, condiments and napkins were not well stocked. And it seemed like there were not enough people to service the clientele. I really hope they survive as this is the only one left in the North west metroplex.

Wanted to have the chicken salad today and asked if there were onions. The young lady did not think there was and especially with them having grapes in it you would think it did not. Needless to say, first bite was full of onions. The girl who helped me and the manager were so sweet got me another salad immediately. The Newk’s Salad is delicious . Overall service and the food quality is really good.

Food is pretty good. It’s got a good variety of sandwiches, soups, salads and pizza. They also have a variety of dietary restrictions they can meet. The prices are moderate and the service on two occasions has been pretty underwhelming. I also sat at a table that had a broken foot that should be taken off of the floor. Would I come again yes, would I come for the hospitality or service no. To go might be the best option.

Edited to update…So sad!! Everything was awful except the potato soup.
– The sandwich was soggy on the inside and too hard on the outside to even take a bite! The turkey is so minimal and doesn’t even cover the bread!
– The tomato soup – I don’t know how to describe it but something was so wrong. It was brown! Like the color of pinto beans?? Tasted disgusting and I’m not usually one to be that harsh but wow.
– The Greek salad…had potential but they drowned it in very VERY potent dressing. It was inedible. $23 for a half sandwich/half soup and a half salad/ half soup. One item was edible. Walked away from the rest. SO DISAPPOINTED!
Sandwich lovers beware. Second time to come here and get an overpriced (albeit delicious) sandwich where they skimp on the sandwich fixings.

We have been loyal Newk’s patrons for several years dating back to when we lived in Atlanta, GA. Unfortunately, the food quality and service hasn’t been up to standard recently at the Champion’s Circle location in Fort Worth, TX. I can’t recall the last time our To-go order was correctly made and our pizzas tonight were not cooked properly. We have no plans to continue patronizing this location until things dramatically improve.

‼️IF YOU’RE READING THIS, RUN! This restaurant should be ashamed of themselves! I had one of the worst sandwiches ever. Talk about wasting money! I got a turkey bacon sandwich and the turkey was disrespectfully dry. Like, not a, maybe it was heated up to long dry, but a, it had been sitting out for dayS and then heated to oblivion and served alongside raw AND over cooked bacon. I almost chipped a tooth biting into the sandwich. On top of that, they have signs for a new FRESH SQUEEZED lemonade.. the staff said they don’t have it at all and it’s only foundation lemonade. I thought they misheard me because I’m like you have signs that say fresh squeezed. The dining room is also unkept. I want my money and time back. That food was disrespectful. Such a smack in the face of people that work hard to spend their money somewhere that doesn’t value even trying!

Ordering through the app and doing curbside pickup made things really easy. The only downside is waiting forever after checking in for them to bring my food out even when they are not busy. I’m a mom of an infant so I can’t always run inside and grab my food and run back out. Maybe if a better order of operation was put in place so customers who can’t come inside don’t feel as if they are put on a back burner. But other than that everything was great.
