This place exceeding my expectations! After never having even walked in this restaurant before, I was greeting immediately. Shown the menu, and was talked to about ingredients in an excellent fashion to help me understand. Honoria was beyond great. Food was delicious, atmosphere was very welcoming and clean, plenty of spaces to park, and sit inside or outside! I will be going here again. Very pleased with service and the food.

I apologize for not remembering the young lady that assisted me in choosing which dessert I was going to have for my birthday reward. The lady made an excellent choice as I was debating on whether to have the red velvet or strawberry cake. I don’t know if it’s freshly made or if it’s store bought, but it comes close to starting a rivalry with @Rick’sBakery as every bite was moist throughout. It takes a lot for me to say/state that any place is close to Rick’s. I haven’t been to Newk’s for a meal in a while, but I think I’ll start eating here again not only for the Caesar salad or the shrimp pizza but now for the desserts.

I always love this place! So glad a friend introduced Newks to me! I love the basil chicken +Greek salad. And then I discovered strawberry cake! It pretty much self-drives my car to get a slice if I’m within range! Yum! (Sorry the photo shows the Greek salad already gone!)

Food is always delicious. Staff is always kind and helpful, but today what stood out was the service from Jamey. These days it is not common to see people who genuinely care to serve others even when it is apart of the job. He made sure we knew all the new options, had what we needed, and checked back on us. Newk’s never disappoints us. When on the road trip, this is one of the best chains to stop by to have a good meal.
We have a couple of vegans in our party but they always accommodate custom orders and it’s wonderful.
Great customer service, excellent facilities and well decorated restaurant for a comfortable sit in and eat.
The veggie pizza had a little more olive oil and probably could lose half the amount. The custom Margarita Pizza and Veggie Sandwich are well made and fantastic in taste.

I have always been a fan of Newks. I ordered some lunch at late hour through a reputed food delivery service. The food was packed nicely but everything was cold! The loaded potato soup was very mediocre. The Italian sandwich was also not too good. The layered cake was the best amongst everything in this order. Usually I love salad or sandwich from Newks, but this time it was not up to the mark.
Update: we stopped by again for brunch. The chicken salad sandwich and the Q sandwich was decent. The lobster bisque soup was also ok, the Mac and cheese was good. Dine in is much better than delivery

Newks has constantly been my Go-To for break food. However, today I went in to order a kids cheese pizza. After receiving the pizza and eating 1/4 slices, I realized the pizza was completely RAW, to the point where I could spread it across the box. I called and was asked to bring back the pizza to show. After denying that it was raw, the manager then claimed that since I had eaten “1/2” of the pizza, I was not going to receive my $5 refund. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and I will not be returning.

Did a Grub Hub delivery and got exactly what I ordered. As always food was delicious, I especially enjoy their potato salad.
