The store itself was very clean, nice, and inviting. I was disappointed in the pizzas I ordered. They were very scarce with the sauce and cheese and had a lot more crust than most Newk’s pizzas I’ve had. The Newk’s Q was very skimpy as well. There was barely any sauce on it. The portions made the visit not worth the cost. I love Newk’s and haven’t experienced this at other stores. I also had an issue with an employee and asking for her assistance, but this was addressed with the manager and that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely go back and give those store another chance based on the manager’s quick and kind response to the survey I filled out.

I had a mobile order through the app. My food was perfectly created and served with kindness. I order the cauliflower crust, pepperoni and sausage pizza and the green goddess salad. For dessert I had a piece of chocolate cake. Everything was fabulous! I did not dine in so I’m not sure of the atmosphere. Everything else was on point!

We stopped at the Newk’s in Magee, MS on our way back home from a Dr. appt and it was absolutely amazing. The service was super friendly from the time we opened the door until we left and the food was outstanding. We got to speak with Bill before leaving and I could see why the staff was so friendly. It seems like he is a great example to them for how people should be treated. I’m so glad we decided last minute to make the U-turn and eating here tonight.

We were traveling and happened to stop at The Newks in Magee, Ms. What an amazing experience. The atmosphere was inviting, the young lady taking our order was engaging. The Newks Q sandwich is my favorite and I have NEVER had one so well put together and absolutely delicious. At first, I thought I got the wrong sandwich but it turned out to be the best Newks Q ever! The manager came over and visited with us. The restaurant was busy but he didn’t seem rushed and was very friendly. He even invited us to stop back by on our way home. I stopped at NEWK’s Eatery in Magee, Mississippi and wow… this place deserves more than five stars.
I had the shrimp po’boy along with the lobster & crab bisque, and every single bite was absolutely incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made the kind of meal that makes you slow down just to enjoy it.
What really set this visit apart, though, was the hospitality. Olivia went above and beyond when I asked her about the Q sauce. She didn’t just answer the question she did it with genuine kindness, patience, and a welcoming attitude that made the whole experience even better. You can tell she truly cares, and that same warmth extends to everyone working there.
This isn’t just a place to eat it’s a place you remember. NEWK’s in Magee is officially a spot I’m putting a pin on the map and making a point to stop at every time I pass through. Great food, great people, and an atmosphere that makes you feel welcome.
If you’re anywhere near Magee, do yourself a favor and stop in. You’ll eat good and leave happy.

Stopped on the way to see family for the holidays. Nice break from eating fast fod in the vehicle for sure. Service was quick and polite. Maybe it was because of the holidays… but it’s probably just their southern hospitality. Convenient to the highway too.

I had a great experience for a work lunch with my mother! The staff was very nice and helpful! We enjoyed our pick 3 lunches for $12.99. I had the pesto chicken half sandwich with Caesar salad, and chicken tortilla soup! Amazing! Store was very clean and service was impeccable!

Store was nice and so was the service but I got the tomato basil soup and 4 cheese Mac and cheese and both were pretty tasteless. I was very disappointed. I like to try stuff I can ride my scooter to from the truck stop and this was close to Loves. I should have just cooked in my truck.

Placed two separate orders at drive through! Both were exactly the same just on two separate tickets! First order was brought out but had to sit 15 minutes waiting on second order.
