We miss the Newk’s in Auburn but grateful this location in Tiger Town is still open! Love the personal pizzas and the variety of sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts! Hope they one day bring back all of the yummy daily soup choices they had pre-COVID.

Loved this restaurant and it was my 1st time in. Very cute diningroom. In the entry there was a grab and go pick up area. The kitchen is open and you can watch the workers fix the meals. There was a drink area with high chairs and booster seats. They have booth and table seating and also a back patio which is where I went. There are ceiling fans out there to keep the air moving it warmer weather. I will return when back in the area

Decided to try out Newk’s for the first time with family before my flight back home. The manager was quick to greet us, as the restaurant had just opened, and the staff was super friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing and the cleanliness of the restaurant was a wonderful added bonus. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future!

Ordered shrimp and avocado salad, which I’d had many times before. What is usually a mild and tasty salad came out with Cajun shrimp. So spicy I couldn’t eat the shrimp at all, (I know my tolerance for spice is lower than many.) We were heading to a concert so I didn’t have time to send it back. Very disappointing, and now post-concert I’m starving.

I don’t like that cashier @ customer service because she were acting kind of phony and hard of understanding. I was disappointed about the customer service. Just finished eating a sausage&pepperoni pizza. I could barely get it down. Worst pizza I ever ate and it was $16. The tomato sauce was horrible. Tasted like chef boyardee spaghetti o’s. It was not a good experience. Gas station pizza would have been better and cheaper. If you want pizza do yourself a favor and get it anywhere but Newk’s.

I had the Newk’s Special Salad. It was fresh and very good. It had a special dressing and a variety things on the lettuce- artichokes, grapes, blue cheese, nuts and other good things. I eat at Newk’s often and I also like the shrimp and avacado salad.

My very good friend of now 28 years worked here on opening day. I helped her memorize the menu. Didn’t sound as fantastic as it tasted. I’m very upset I didn’t eat here sooner. I absolutely will be returning. The menu is mind blowing and I didn’t expect the atmosphere to be so mellow and comforting.
