I got the Salmon Don and the sashimi was sliced in really weird shapes and sizes, when I expected authentic sushi especially for the price. It also looked completely different on the photo on the website.

Came here for a sushi making class and left wanting to make this my new sushi spot. The environment was so warm and friendly. I enjoyed the detailed explanations on each step of the process. Everything was quite fresh. The amount we made was more than satisfying. I would recommend the class to anyone interested in learning the art of yummy sushi making. I’m new to the Renton area still exploring great Asian cuisine in the area. This is by far the best Japanese restaurant I have been to. The family is so nice, the food, atmosphere, and feng shui to this place is comfortable and cozy. If you need to destress during lunch or dinner in Renton, go to them! You also get to learn more Japanese words and they encourage you to communicate in Japanese with them (on the menu there is a list of common phrases). They are a small and wonderful operation. The woman at the front who hosts/serves/cooks not only does it all but she does so quickly. I love them, I will see them again with friends soon!

My wife and I came in on a Saturday at 3:30pm. Our experience was not so great. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Service was extremely slow, our food took 25 mins.. food was ok, the restaurant has a weird odor inside almost smelt like musty.

Absolutely incredible!!! The owner is very friendly. She makes the rolls and were all so delicious! The sushi rice I could literally have a bowl of just this. The tea was delicious. Staff is very attentive! I had vegetable roll, the California roll and a hand roll of some kind that was perfect! Cannot wait to try more of the menu! Will definitely be back!
