I was a little disappointed in the beginning when the guy didn’t handle the waiting guests properly and other people who arrived late were given a priority than me and he was managing the check-in using pen and paper which was okay but not efficiently.
Anyway, the female staff member was nice to me and helped me with my needs. I think she was serving almost all the tables and everyone was happy with her service.
I tried the Teriyaki Chicken dish since I was doing a lot of hike in Utah region and needed good protein. It was good. I will definitely visit again because of the same female staff members.
The ambience is good but they should handle the guests with a care is what I want to see improved.

This Japanese restaurant is run by Koreans and attracts many Korean tour groups. We ordered a set meal, and the flavors were overall good. The prices are very reasonable, making it definitely worth a try.

I asked for the hot korean chicken teriyaki and it was UNEATABLE. that does not have any chicken, it’s just a lot of breading stuff. Not recommended at all. I couldn’t eat that so my partner needed to share his beef teriyaki, which had a weird taste. Although, the stuff is very friendly and they have a good service.

They were super busy since we went there on holiday. Service was quick and staff did well to keep up. Portion sizes are huge. Unfortunately, overall we didn’t have a great experience. Stirfry and yakisoba were served room temperature. I would not recommend their Sushi as it didn’t look or taste fresh. Nothing really stood out in terms of taste or flavors.

Inside a now land bound boat called the Canyon king, you’ll find all your favorite Japanese dishes at New York Teriaki. We ate here the day after Christmas & it was so nice to have some vegetables & delicious food! The boba teas were consumed so quickly I didn’t get a good photo. We tried the honey dew & watermelon flavors, the latter of which was a little sweeter. Both delicious. I got the chicken stir fry bento box. My husband got the spicy pepper chicken bento box. Our kids split the chicken fried rice. The portions are very nice sized & everything is so tasty! Would come back here in a heartbeat. The service was friendly & attentive too.
