Very large pizza slices which are quite yummy. Options to customize the pizza as you would like. Prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Slices were so big they are served on 2 plates. Nice little seating area outside. Would return again.

If you’re craving legit New York-style pizza in SoCal, this spot on Balboa Island is a must. The crust is thin, crispy, and foldable (just like it should be), and the sauce-to-cheese ratio is on point. I grabbed a slice after walking the island and was seriously impressed—super flavorful, not greasy, and served hot. The staff was friendly and fast, and the vibe is laid-back but welcoming. Perfect place to grab a slice and enjoy the beachy surroundings. Definitely coming back!

Corner location, Prime spot for a quick very large slice. It’s equivalent to at least 2 slices of Regular NY Slices. Crust wasn’t too thick. Cheese wasn’t oily which is a good sign for quality cheese. I had a plain cheese slice. Only place to sit is outside tables. No restrooms at this location. However it’s a short 1 block to the public restrooms.

The slice was indeed huge, crispy, cheesy and delicious. Very convenient when you’re hungry after exploring Balboa. If you’re in a hurry, just go for the slice as it’s ready almost immediately.

Extremely disappointing customer service.
I went in to pick up an order placed under my boyfriend’s name, and the staff member at the counter was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Instead of simply confirming the order, he pointed at a pizza in front of me and said, “Is this your pizza?” in a very condescending tone. It felt disrespectful and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The way I was treated felt personal and possibly discriminatory — it’s not okay to treat customers like this. I genuinely hope the management addresses this kind of behavior seriously. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, regardless of how they look or who they are.

Visiting the area and of course my son wants pizza. Tried this local spot and did not disappoint!! We ordered the Crispy wings and regular pizza. The wings were juicy, good flavor and good crunch. Pizza was a 30 minute wait but you could tell was fresh. Not too greasy, great Toppings and good sauce. Great service as well!! Will definitely be back next time in town
