Only gave one star because less is not an option. Ordered food online due to interest of trying it out. Pictures of food look amazing. Drive to pick up my order to find that it is closed. on line says it is open as well as the hours and all the 3rd party sites. it is 130 in afternoon on Sunday.

Excellent pizzeria! We had a large pizza, garlic knots, and zeppolis. The dough was perfect and the taste was exact! Highly recommend to all. The people were also really nice and personable. The closest to NYC pizza we’ve found in the area.

Excellent service, the food was fresh and. Delicious. If you’re in the neighborhood give the calzone a try. We went with pepperoni and bacon and it was fantastic .Ths place itself is set up nicely and gives you the little corner pizza place vibe not to mention smells delicious when your food is baking.

Two times in a row now we have placed an order for pizza online only to have the order cancelled about 40 minutes after placing the order, around the time we are expecting our pizza to be delivered. I have worked in plenty of restaurants that accept online ordering. If you are too busy, shut down that option. If the order must be cancelled, do it immediately, not when a customer is excited for a pizza to arrive soon. I really wanted to try this pizza, but I will spend my money elsewhere.

New York pizzeria is the BEST pizza in town, hands down. The dough is baked to perfection, the sauce is just the right amount, the cheese is not too much, not too little, the meat on the pizza is very generous, and the delivery service is on point. You absolutely get what you pay for. I recommend this pizzeria over any other.

This really frustrates me when thses restaurant calls them “New York pizzeria” when it DOESNT TASTE LIKE IT!!! As a native to the Bronx and Strong Island this was NOT IT. the garlic knots tastes like baked dough. I had to ask for more garlic powder which they didn’t have so he gave me oil with garlic pieces in it. Then I ordered the chicken stromboli. All it tasted was dough and cheese. It was so tasteless. I had to go to the 7eleven and get some seasoning (Parmesan cheese) I’m so disappointed. It’s not flavorful AT ALL. But the cashier was nice.

Expected more because of the great reviews but everything was bad. The chicken and cheese sub tasted burnt and like dirt. The lettuce was brown and the fries were old and dry. Pizza was cold and below average. The cheese garlic knots were soggy and not cooked all the way. Hope others have a better experience

We came from wisconsin. After a long drive, we got our first meal at virginia at this place. Amazing pizza, my kids loved it. Very clean and friendly.
