Had such a great experience at New York Pizza & Pasta on Immokalee Rd in Naples! Our waitress Antoinette was AMAZING so friendly and really knew the menu. She recommended the soup, an artichoke salad, and two sandwiches, and everything was incredible. The sandwiches were HUGE and packed with so much flavor. We’ll definitely be back!

Restaurant serves good food. Service is good. I had grilled octopus. It was good but they served it on a plate swimming in oil. Too much oil that’s not needed for the entree. Also, the music is too loud and not appropriate for dining. The atmosphere is like in a bar. Cannot enjoy meals with that kind of music. Asked a wait staff by the podium if they at least can change the music to a calm tune, she said she will get someone to do that. It never happened. Reading past reviews, looks like a lot complained about the LOUD atmosphere and up to my review, NOTHING has changed. Loud music makes diners talk even louder to hear each other and that doesn’t help. We have been in this restaurant many times before. Today was a letdown. This is one of my husband’s favorite restaurant. I don’t know if I want to go back.

I’m a pizza connoisseur and this was the BEST pizza I’ve had in SW Florida! Also, I don’t even like pasta, but the Spicy Rigatoni was AMAZING! Not sure what the dessert was, however, I’d like to find out because that was a deliciously perfect balance of creamy, flaky, and sweet but not too sweet! To top it off, we encountered the friendliest service between Max, Armando and the rest of the crew that made us feel like family. Ownership has done a great job with this establishment so we are coming back for sure!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you and God bless you guys!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Walked in at 3:15pm today. Not greeted by anyone in take out had to flag the guy down making pizza. Pizza maker sends a woman out to finally come to the front and tells me no more slices left. I say ok can I sit down outside and order lunch dine in. She says yes lunch is served until 3:30pm. Another guy comes over to take my order 10 minutes later after I had to flag down a different waiter to place an order. Maybe 5 customers in the restaurant. It’s dead in there. He tells me lunch is over at 3pm and the girl was wrong and that he’s the “general manager”. I say kindly at first to explain that’s great but you should honor your lunch price since I was told you guys serve lunch until 3:30 and I was here before that. It’s not my fault that you’re not on the same page with your employees on lunch times. He puffs his little chest out with his hands on his hips like “NO” we are not gonna serve lunch to you now order from the dinner menu, lol so I walked out. Hahaha can whoever owns this pizza shop please get rid of this little dweeb kid who thinks he’s important Michael Esposito is his name. Explain the lifetime value of a customer and honoring if your employee screws up you own it, not get into a pissing match with a customer. From the minute we arrived we were very impressed with the young lady who sat us. The food was delicious. We ordered eggplant, Caprese, and chicken Cordon Bleu with sides of pasta. Portion sizes were average. We did have to wait a while for our orders to be prepared and it was so worth the wait. It was dinner time. This is a large restaurant Tables are out in the open, we were able to be seated, at a table in an area of the restaurant, that we preferred. Noise level is about a medium because of the openness of the restaurant. Our waiter was friendly and informative. We didn’t have to wait for refills. This was a very enjoyable dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We ordered a large supreme pizza with extra cheese and no black olives last night. What we received was tasteless with hardly ANY cheese let alone the other toppings (and lots of olives). Now we’ve had better luck with them before and we always enjoy their chicken parm. For whatever reason, the person making our pizza last night didn’t give damn and we ended up throwing it out. If we had dined in I would have refused to pay for it. I’d find another restaurant if you’re interested in pizza.

The food here is very good. The service has taken a nosedive. Drinks forgotten about, food served 20 minutes apart amongst the table and some asks completely forgotten about. Hopefully management can figure something out here as it’s a great place to eat.

I love this place. But I love Michelle more. She may be the sweetest, most personable bartender in all my world travels. I was in Pelican Larry’s where I sat for way too long to get service, then waltzed out and was greeted here by Michelle and GREAT food and service. The mussels are awesome as is the arugula salad and everything on the menu. But Michelle is not on the menu as she is getting married in 4 weeks in Wyoming. Come in and congratulate my new friend. You’ll be glad you did. She’s a gem. Enjoy!
