I tried the cheese pizza at New York Pizza and Pasta in Gatlinburg. The pizza tasted really good the base was thin and soft, and the flavors were on point. The only downside was the wait, which was about 20 minutes. Overall, a tasty pizza worth trying.

Pizza had good flavor. Since it is New York style the crust is super thin. I’d say it is high priced for the size of pizzas. We paid around 27$ for a pizza the size of a jacks pizza.
We also got a supreme calzone. It had amazing flavor and was stuffed with cheese. They’re expensive as well but great flavor.
The guy who took our order was not very friendly. I sat my hand on the laminate pizza slice they had out for size comparison and he snatched it out of my hand. When he brought our pizza to us and we told him thank you, he did not respond. The pizza and calzone both took quite awhile to get. I think we waited over 25 mins to get our calzone. The whole time we were waiting for our food the employee was staring at me and my family. I’d like to see a bit more of a friendly service and the prices are pretty steep.

We were in the mall and could smell the pizza from one of the higher levels. I ordered a small, 10-inch cheese pizza to share with my partner. In all honesty, we should have gotten some slices, because it would have been around the same price, and I think the slices would have technically been bigger. We placed our order and I paid with a card, which incurred a 4% credit card surcharge. We waited about ten minutes for our pizza. When it came out, it was piping hot and tasted really good! I almost wish I had gotten a larger size. The flavor was great and the crust was perfectly crispy and thin. The only potential “red flag” I noticed was that when we visited, two children were working. The person who took our order was a child, then I noticed another one in the kitchen. I understand this is a family business, and the children were super respectful, but it was something unique about this pizza place that I had not noticed in other places I have been to. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here and would recommend stopping in.

Best pizza in Gatlinburg by far. We come here around the same time every year and just found this place. We ended up eating 3 out of the 4 days we were in town. The slices are massive.

I got a pint of good beer and a small cheese pizza for me and my kid just a touch over $21. Kid was happy I was happy fresh made pizza to order simple nothing flashy. Don’t expect Michelin star service or anything like that and you will not be disappointed. One guy was doing it all.

We ordered a pizza to go but had a change of plans and decided to eat inside instead. The interaction that followed was incredibly disappointing. A staff member, who I believe came out of the kitchen, was extremely rude and insisted that because our pizza was in a takeaway box, we could not eat it inside.
His attitude was confrontational and unwelcoming. He went so far as to say he would personally make sure we didn’t eat in the restaurant and even followed us out to ensure we left. Staff’s manner was completely unacceptable. A simple explanation would have been fine, but his hostility and condescending tone ruined our evening.
The pizza itself was decent, but the experience with this employee was so poor that it overshadowed any positives.

Racist Alert!! We ordered pizza to go. By the time we got the pizza, we were hungry and decided to eat there. But the guy at the restaurant told us we can’t eat there because we ordered to go, and forced us to leave with the pizza. To quote him exactly, he said ” I am going to make sure you don’t eat here”. That is beyond rude. We couldn’t believe it. He is either a racist or something is seriously wrong with him.
