This is usually my go- to pizza in the area. Very dissatisfied today. Ordered pepperoni and green peppers. Got pepperoni and jalapeno! Too tired after working 12 hours to call and complain, to have them remake! When ordering, a child answered the phone and didn’t understand or know what green peppers where!? Someone else got on the phone and took the order….still wrong! Pizza was horrible. Will never order from them again!

The food was great. We couldn’t finish the food and had a movie to go to so we asked if they could hold our food but not worry about keeping it hot. We come back after the movie and our food is burnt and plastic cups are melted. Refused refund or redo.

I rarely submit reviews but the 2 XL were for family and friends. It was an overwhelmingly thumbs down from everyone. It might be the worst pizza I have ever had. At first I thought they forgot the toppings. There was zero firmness with dough being undercooked. When you pick up a piece it flops down over your wrist.
The other pizza not pictured had mushrooms. I think they just opened the can and tossed on top not cooking into pizza (most pizza joints do use canned shrooms FYI) so not complaining about that at all.
I’m guessing this is not the normal quality, I hope, and we were just part of lazy service.

Pizza is mediocre especially when you’re paying 11$ for two pepperoni slices. This pizza has the consistency of wet cardboard. I used to come here twice a week for pizza, with the price hike and failing quality of this pizza I will no longer be back.

3 nasty slices of pizza left. Old. Pizza in front was very fresh. Told me that they have to sell these three. The nasty ones. Instead of me saying nevermind because she threw it in the oven.
I paid $4 the pizza was still nasty after flash broil. Threw it straight in the garbage.

The staff here is fantastic. They gave everyone a laugh and filled them in on all of the specials. I have a short lunch break and they ensured to keep me updated on the cook times. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious.
Antonio was a star in offering me to wrap my leftovers, it was so delicious that there weren’t any! He ended up giving me a free refill on my soda with a lovely conversation about how it is family owned!
Best service around.

Wonderful sausage roll, cheesy bread and canoli from New York Pizza in Biloxi, Mississippi. I hope to go in and sit down next time I’m town. I had this delivered to the hotel by DoorDash. 100% positive experience all the way around. Great food great price, good delivery fee.
