Walking in felt like entering a Unova-style Gym with strong New York theming. The atmosphere stat was easily its highest IV. Service also landed well with an upbeat greeting and a decent interaction. Unfortunately, the Focaccia Philly’s Ribeye triggered every alarm like a badly poisoned Pokémon with a strange odor, sour taste, and once the Ribeye was removed, the rest of the sandwich performed fine on its own. The Cheese Slicezilla fared slightly better but hit with the texture of a low-level cafeteria encounter, rubbery cheese and underwhelming pizza sauce taste. With Food Attack stats this inconsistent, this battle felt like a full team wipe. Approach this place cautiously if you are seeking quality food.
My only complaint is that they only offer two pizza sizes: 14 inches and 24 inches. I feel like there should be a 16 or 18-inch option to provide more variety, but that could just be me being particular.

The restaurant itself also needs attention. Several tables were sticky, and I had to move more than once to find a clean spot. The silverware was dirty, and the salad was soaked in water, making it unpleasant to eat.
It’s disappointing to pay premium prices and receive such low quality in return. I truly hope the management improves both food quality and cleanliness so future customers have a better experience
Con’s: I wanted some marinara on the side but the business operator was busy on the phone, and with another customer, but they are looking for more help.
The forks could have been cleaner.
Overall, we enjoyed it and will be back.
Okay, first things first: the pizza here is massive. I’m talking cover-your-entire-table, can’t fit It through your door kind of massive. It’s the kind of pie that makes your jaw drop when they bring it out. And somehow, it’s not just big it’s insanely good.
The crust is that perfect crunchy and loaded with flavor, the sauce is rich and just the right amount of zesty, but the real star? THE MOZZARELLA. This isn’t your average cheese it’s stretchy, buttery, and absolutely melts in your mouth. They don’t skimp either every bite is loaded with that gooey, golden perfection.
And let’s talk about Christina. Hands down one of the most genuine, on-point, and kind-hearted people I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She made us feel like VIPs from the moment we walked in. Super attentive, beyond friendly, and you can tell she loves what she does and it shows.
If you’re in North Texas and haven’t been here yet… you’re not living right. Come hungry, leave in awe, and ask for Kristina. Trust me.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
There are 2 entrances into the restaurant, one of the back and one from the front. Front is easier. But if you use the back door, there is an immediate drop off on the ground to the street so be careful carrying your pizza out the back door, I almost fell.
Prices are high for these pizzas but again you’re getting quality so it’s worth it.
You can place your order online thru their website. It will give you text updates. I didn’t get a receipt with my order and they didn’t email a receipt, which is inconvenient but screenshot your order before submitting if you want a receipt.
They have calzones, few apps such as wings, bread. They also sell pizza by the slice.
The pizza slices are HUGE, making them well worth the price. They are generous with the toppings, and they have a hot honey sauce that balances the heat with the sweet very well. My girlfriend likes the Hawaiian Pizza, which comes with the hot honey drizzle on top. My favorite pizza toppings are pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives. 5BBY is the first place I’ve ever seen to acknowledge this as a proper combination – they call it the Soho Pepperoni.
Their wings are also excellent. They’re probably not the BEST wings out there, but they are crispy, and not greasy or oily. They also use their hot honey sauce as a wing sauce, which is excellent!
Finally, the service. The manager, Javier, is a great guy. He gets personally involved in your experience and is always quick to make you feel welcome and appreciated. He is also always up for discussing whatever sports event is coming up.
All in all, from the pizza to the unusually satisfying Stubborn craft soda MACHINE, 5BBY is a great choice and I plan to be a returning customer for a long time!
