Absolutely the best location of all the new york grills in stl, in my opinion. Haven’t had a bad meal from this restaurant. Highly recommend any entree with cheese fries (ADD LEMON PEPPER SEASONING! I PROMISE) for your side. It hits every time. Order online is quick n easy. Drive thru available for pick up.

Extremely slow service. My delivery driver had to wait almost an hour to pick up the food. I ordered the catfish sandwich BOGO deal and the loaded baked potato. Even at half-price, it’s still not worth the money. It had to be the thinnest piece of catfish I’ve ever come across. It was very dry and had no flavor. The sandwich itself was also dry. They do give you a packet of funky tartar sauce. I took a bite of the loaded baked potato just so I could put it in the review. It had much more flavor – if you like chewing on peppercorn. My mouth is still on fire. Such a small potato isn’t worth $6. Needless to say, I won’t be ordering from this place again
To the owner: Thank you for response. It was definitely your establishment. I know you didn’t make the tarter sauce. That’s why I specified it was a packet & not a side or cup – which would have been much better. The reason why I said it tasted like peppercorn was because the seasoning used for the loaded baked potato tasted like pure pepper. Maybe add a packet for people to put on themselves because that seasoning is way too much for most people.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time.
On January 3, 2026 at around 5:00 PM, I came in to pick up my order. I was helped by a plus-size African American female employee working the front (F Fisal was the name on my receipt) My order included 10 wings, rice, fries, and a salad. After receiving my food, I noticed there were no napkins in the bag.
When I politely asked her for napkins, she looked at me and said, “Do you want my kidney too?”
That comment was disrespectful, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. I was shocked, and so was the person I was on the phone with at the time. There was absolutely no attitude or issue on my end that warranted such a rude response over something as basic as napkins.
If this is how customers are spoken to, management seriously needs to step in. Food aside, no one should be talked to like that, especially by someone representing a business.

I purchased 400 wings for my husband’s birthday party and the wings were terrible. They were dry and seemed to be over cooked or possibly recooked. My friend who picked up the order did not check before she left unfortunately. I would not recommend for a large order!

I’m just getting my food. We ordered at 1850 it’s now 1930. The cashier apologized and offer us dessert and a drink. Which was very nice of her. The fried Cauliflower really taste good. The rest of the food smell and look delicious.

I’m not sure if people are putting the reviews to the correct locations but I ordered online (grilled tilapia with rice and vegetables) around 7p, picked up my food and checked my order before leaving the store. NO COMPLAINTS!! Don’t forget to ask for your drinks because they won’t remind you. I didn’t experience bad service at all. But I will say this: if you’re going to ask 50 questions over the phone and not leave a tip for their time just order online. Ijs…they are prepping your food.

The customer service was great, I guess that kinda makes up for the food. I asked for jumbo shrimp and I got what you would call mini. There were two times more onions than shrimp. The so called salad came with maybe a teaspoon of dressing. There’s a sign that says check your bag before you leave. Definitely follow those instructions because it’s not worth your hard earned money.

I ordered wings. Flavor was good. Wings were small and Priced high.
They also need to add a white cheese sauce for their rice bowls. And not the cheese for the fries. That sauce is too bland..they are too small too for almost 20.00.
