Order was messed up. Ordered a steak Philly with extra cheese on the sandwich and waffle fries and the Monday special beef kebab add cheese to the kebab. There is no cheese on my kebab at all but American cheese is all over my waffle fries that I didnt Even ask for. What is this? Please do better with paying attention to order details. Also not sure how my order was more over the phone than ordering online

I had high hopes for this place, but my experience was a total letdown. I went to pick up my catfish order, which was supposed to include a soda. But guess what? No soda! And to make matters worse, the onions that came with the catfish were covered in mold. Seriously, mold! It’s like they weren’t even trying. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I ordered the 15 piece party wings. For the price it seems as if the wings themselves are getting smaller and smaller. If the wings are going to be that small the price should be lower. Tasted good but the sizes of the wings are smaller than when I first started going there. Wings are smaller than the cheese cup.

My call in went very well, when I picked up my food (3 piece catfish meal) the young lady at the counter was very polite & kind, and the catfish was delicious! One piece didn’t look like the others, so Im guessing they redropped it in grease, but I ate it first and it was very good.

Wow the wings are so tiny, like half the size of normal wings but for the same price. The fries weren’t very good either. The taste on the wings was fine but man what a huge disappointment and definitely not worth it. I would not recommend.

I did a call in order for 3 Large Catfish Fillet & Cheese Fries. The person who answered the phone was very polite.
Got home & notice It wasn’t much cheese on my fries on either order. The good think was the fish was fried & still was fluffy (not hard). They only received 4 stars for the cheese. I will return soon.

(Look at photo) Me and my husband ordered from here as we always spend least over 50-60 dollars every-time. We’re regulars. This burger was so pink and we can understand mistakes but there was not proper COMPENSATION. He came all the way back up there (w/ gas prices being so high right now) only to be refunded in cash for the burger instead of the whole meal, mind you he had diarrhea for days after. We literally could sue! There for is amazing and all we wanted we compensation to know least this is a good business but ITS BAD BUSINESS. Called them and the manager was suppose to call me and never did. Called back two days later talked to MoMo and he didn’t have Mike (the manager) get back with me. It’s been two weeks and some days. Called again and a lovely lady named Erica is trying to get a hold of the manager. I love this place but after how this was handle I’ll never spend a dime w/ then again. Just know if you ever run into a problem at this place the managers are UNPROFESSIONAL, you will not get fully compensated and they will treat you like they don’t care and are unconcerned. The cash register’s and mangers also have this policy where they can’t give refund but instead give it in cash? Makes no sense. It’s scam where they have a system to NOT FULLY COMPENSATE as their STRICTLY penny pinching. So if you coming to just order and get food you better hope it’s cooked right. If you run into a problem where somethings wrong with your meal, you might as well just take it as a lose and never order there again. Me and my fiancé are turned OFF BY THE WAY THIS BUSINESS IS RAN!
